That is a known bug, ever since the search bar was introduced in the home page, it always resorts to relevance sort regardless of your preferences. But in the proper search page your settings should work as expected.

    @Lancej Why not simply take a look at the lists at the bottom of your Profile, under "User Details"? All the torrents that you are currently seeding are shown under "Show seeding torrents", and those you're still leeching under "Show leeching torrents".. [image: 1783772268501-523b4945-9c35-457d-8161-057360e57cec-image.jpeg] The totals of each should be the same as the numbers shown in the middle of the bar at the top of the site: [image: 1783772430613-b91ae8c6-07a8-4f03-b4d3-29f4588ebcd5-image.jpeg] Beneath these, is "Show completed torrents". When you stop seeding a torrent that has fully completed - e.g. you pause it, or delete the torrent from your client - that torrent will move from "Seeding" to "Completed". If the torrent you're interested in is in either "Seeding" or "Completed", you should get notified of any reseed request. If it's still in "leeching", or not shown at all, you won't be.

    Welcome aboard. Short version: ratio is how much you share back versus what you download. New accounts get a bit of starting buffer, and the trick is to keep seeding what you grab and look out for freeleech torrents (those don't count against your download). The folks above gave you good tips too. Shout if you get stuck.

    I discovery it for a few days , and i did first a withdraw test to see if this works. Ansd works, because this i post here for you too, you dont need to pay nothing , only if u wnat to have more hash..     Staff note: thanks for all the testing in this thread, it was genuinely useful. The concrete points raised here (seeder columns, uploader name display, list contents, .torrent creation date, download issues after the switch) have been picked up into our internal tracking, and several are already fixed. Closing the triage entries for this thread; anything still broken for you today, just open a fresh thread or a helpdesk ticket.

Read a full description of a scrape here But where it comes into play with qBitTorrent is that it "scrapes" at the conclusion of the download - and our tracker doesn't support scrapes - so the qBitTorrent client sits there saying to itself "I'm a seeder" while the GTru tracker says "he's a leecher still" When you set the force-recheck, and it completes, the qBitTorrent sends a fill ANNOUNCE to the tracker, which is accepted and voila! You're a seeder!

    @kinkyguy666 Your best bet is to use the helpdesk. We have staff that specialize in different things and it's the quickest way to get things like this noticed by them.

You get points that can be turned in to increase your ratio LOTS of things you do can earn you Seed Bonus Points (SBP) -- like just SEEDING torrents!.... Plus, don't forget about the First Time Uploader's bonus - 600 SBP can be turned in for 10GB upload credit!

My upload was first yet the new uploader's file was allowed to be loaded and mine deleted. Not sure how or why the system works this way. I think you're likely mistaken... Purely from observation: when a duplicate is detected, the DUPE is removed - but since people will have SEEN it, and maybe WANTED IT, the mods push-up the original... so it LOOKS new. Usually, they also FREELEECH it for a while... I think thats how they keep the "pool" of freeleech torrents "full" To confirm, on most FREELEECH torrents, you will see a RECYCLE logo on the torrent name, and an "Original Upload" line in the description... I'm pretty sure those are the torrents that were duped. Then again, mods are people too... if you think YOUR torrent was newer, write the helpdesk and ask!

I will say, though, that the mods have FULL FAITH AND CONFIDENCE in the version of utorrent they promote on the QTM installation page... But torrent programs are like shoes... everyone has their favorite, and as long as the job gets done, they generally aren't noticed much....

    @raphjd Aggh lack of edit, lol. I never get what I want to say right the first time. Maybe. I see it on my forum profile when I open it. Have the forum and the torrent site both been connected since I first joined? I had thought I'd posted a reseed request or something or more likely questions about how to upload my Accidental Lovers Original Shoot torrent and about the first uploaded torrent bonus back then, but maybe I am misremembering. I was just curious.

    This means that there's no one uploading this file at this moment. You should let torrent opened and wait few hours. With some luck, someone will turn the pc on and start uploading.
