Staff here. Your site account is fine and not blocked, so nothing is wrong on that side. Two questions so we can pin it down: are you trying to log in on the website itself, or inside the GUU tool? And what exactly happens, an error message or just a bounce back to the login form? If the website works but GUU does not, the tool may need an update since logins got stricter recently, and that would be good for vancer to know. If the website itself rejects you, do the forgot-password reset MrMazda suggested and check that you log in with your username, not your email.

;D ;D  Thank you so VERY much for this post.  I just downloaded it last night, and now I have been using it to build contact sheets for all of my folders.  You seriously rock for finding this program.  Thanks again so much.

You MUST CONTINUE SEEDING YOUR TORRENT until at least three or four other members have completely downloaded the file and can continue seeding for you. If your torrent has been fully seeded w/ 3-4 seeders ... It is fine to stop and abandoned your torrent, you can also edit delete your own torrent if you no longer wanting to share before 4-5 days ...

There was an exciting movie that I wanted to be first to upload, so I turned on QTM and filled in all of the relevant information and pictures but waited until it finished downloading from the source. Did a quick check to ensure it played and had the correct subtitles and time as listed, then hit that button. That was fun! Someone else did upload the same movie within a very short time, but with a different file format and size - so we both won anyways

@frostycab said: Over at Torrentday you are required to seed all of your downloads to either a 1:1 ratio OR at least 72 hours within 30 days, the idea being to discourage hit & runs. If for any reason you can't then you can pay off any remaining time/MB with upload credit or points. I've advocated for doing the same here in the past but it was never taken up. Perhaps Joker and the rest of the staff here might have a discussion around it? With the whole site being updated now would be the ideal time to make the necessary technical changes. I agree with @ianfontinell that these are bad ideas. Why seventy-two hours? I'm sure there are members who only visit at weekends, for whatever reasons. What good does that time limit add if someone downloads a torrent on a Tuesday? Why 1:1? What if a torrent is an old one, or has limited niche appeal? The last downloader is never going to reach that ratio, which surely discourages people from downloading once they realise that. I'm sure there are many who - for whatever reason - put a cap on the number of torrents they seed at any one time. Why expect them to seed some obscure torrent they downloaded months ago instead of one that is popular, crying out for seeds, and will help them improve their ratio? Much better to be able to pool the total amount you're seeding rather than worry about each torrent individually. People could be motivated to keep a 1:1 ratio overall. For those who can't, there could be other ways to contribute, perhaps for example by making donations towards the cost of running the site, which obviously does need to be funded somehow. Hmmm. This all sounds familiar, for some reason. Reseeding a dead torrent -when requested - is relatively easy. Or would be except for one thing, for me at least. That's the amount of peripheral files other than the main ones that people include - primarily images - and sometimes how they've structured subdirectories within a torrent. Many, I'm sure, are happy to download a torrent and keep it "as is" somewhere on their system. But I doubt I'm alone in maintaining my own structure, and wanting stuff I've downloaded to fit that, not a never ending variety of other structures. "Rules" are perhaps overdoing it, merely to satisfy neat freaks like me, but perhaps some "best practice" guidance would be helpful? Making it easier to reseed when required is surely a much better way of keeping torrents alive than imposing arbitrary seeding rules which both create their own problems, and don't solve the existing ones.

Staff here. This is how visibility works: a fresh upload stays non-visible until our tracker sees the first seeder, there is no approval queue. The usual fix when uTorrent says seeding but the site disagrees: delete the torrent you created locally from the client, download the .torrent file from your own upload page here, add that one to uTorrent pointing at your original files, then force a re-announce. That version carries your personal announce key, which the self-made one does not. It should flip to visible within a minute or two of the tracker seeing you. If it still stays invisible after that, tell me the torrent name and I will check the tracker side directly.

There is nothing you can really do if you posted under .099 GB of torrentz and your ratio is more on downloading than posting content w/c trigger your ratio as well ... As my courtesy 100 SBP to trade 1.0 GB in the traffic goodluck !!! ... jhon

@tarrat if you still have the same issue and need help in the future make sure to inform your OS, which version of utorrent you're running, if the files are on SSD or HDD. If your upload is smaller than 8GB you don't even need to create a torrent, you can hash it directly from the upload page.

Welcome aboard. 0 kB/s upload usually means your torrent client can't accept incoming connections, so other peers can't reach you to pull data from you. Two things fix it most of the time: make sure your client's listening port is open/forwarded in your router (or turn on UPnP / NAT-PMP in the client settings), and if you're on a VPN, use one that supports port forwarding. Also double-check the client is actually seeding the completed files. Once peers can connect to you, your upload will pick up. Let us know if it's still stuck after that.

Quick update from the team — this is fixed now. Uploading torrents and adding pictures were failing for a few hours because of a technical problem on our side (nothing to do with your torrents or your accounts). It is sorted and everything is back to normal — new uploads are flowing again. Sorry for the disruption, and thanks for the reports, they helped us pin it down fast.

@Maxgatos Could I suggest deleting the content (and title) of your post, if you're still within editing time? Upload requests are absolutely forbidden, and may well result in a temporary ban. For persistent offenders, that ban may become permanent!

@etalith this tool is not new, it was developed a while ago by a fellow site member but after the recent overhaul that changed the entire site, this tool has also stopped working. Now you need to use the upload page, there's no other way yet. A new app is in development but there's no estimate for release.

Solid one, saving the form as you go so a failed submit doesn't wipe it. Noted, and we're fixing the upload failures that make it sting in the first place.

@Tomron20 if you add the torrent in qbittorrent and set the download location to where you already have your files, it will start seeding. but if you want to try my program, here's the link: Re-seed Tool for Windows users Read the topic to understand how it works, after the program locates the torrent contents it will ask if you want to start seeding, and adds it to your qbittorrent automatically.

i suggest you to download freeleech stuffs and seed them. many ppl snatch freeleech so it would be easier to get uploads by that. my whole time being here ive uploaded only 2 torrents but deleted 1 since i messed the pictures xD and my ratio is 1.8 and 10k bonus also u will get bonus points when u seed and with those points u can buy upload ratio for urself
