@whiterawbttm The places where you can buy bitcoin/cryptocurrency are going to vary a lot depending on where you live. Nowadays there are so many apps dedicated to it that you're bound to find one no matter where you live by just searching on the app store or your phone's equivalent. If you're new I'd recommend using one since they tend to simplify things.

I just started to read about crypto-curriencies  such as Ethereum and Riddle.

As I said, I was willing to try it out and am over a week into the process. If all finishes out smoothly, I can confirm it is a relatively easy method of payment. However, the amount of time and the sketchiness of the process will most likely make this a one-time venture. Given, I chose the easiest and most convenient methods for me. But if I were to reduce the amount of time and the amount of sketchiness, the process would be more difficult, and I would have to spend more to get bitcoins. More likely I will just leave gtru in the future if my ratio falls below what it needs to be due to my relatively slow connection.

Great post! I was curious about mining, as I don't have to pay for electricity. However, given the low return and stress on my machine, I think I'll pass for now. I would love to hear more from others…  :blind:
