@justatest90-0 PrEP is very expensive in Taiwan if you are not a high risk person (like say medical workers). I heard that you have to buy it in Thailand if you want it cheaper, like vastly cheaper. Otherwise a course of prep is something like close to 1000 dollars. But once you become positive, the government pays the costs, and first 2 years is paid for by the Taiwan's version of CDC, after that it's paid for by the national healthcare.

ive tried many different types but my conclusion is that isolate tastes the best and its less chalky and thick :X and in terms of that, all max brand -  isoflex is the absolute best, esp the choco peanut butter flavour!!!

Thanks for the info,  I asked cuz I got a spot.  I showed it to a doctor and he said not to worry about it, though it does bother me.

I tried surviving on hard boiled eggs and tuna for three months before, haha.  I got thin for a while then.

I fall in and out of love with the game. I enjoy playing singles for the competitive drive; I love playing doubles for the social aspect. I get excited and want to play during the Grand Slams but then get suckered into another sport or activity. I love    Venus Williams    and super proud of what she has accomplished in recent years after her diagnosis. Amazed and inspired by her competitive spirit and continued desire to win tournaments when she could easily retire and focus on less physically demanding activities. I really don't like Serena at all (but I do applaud her accomplishments). Not a big fan of the men's side, particularly since the pipeline for American talent hasn't produced anyone really worth rooting for since Andy Roddick. Jack Sock  seems to be the current American player trending up though. Plus, I really only watch the men's side to see if any of the players are hot :masbana:. I'm more prone to watching full women's matches than men's.

@kipknoll: I am in San Diego. About $20 for a non certified trainer, 50-80 for a certified one. What is the difference between a non-certified and a certified trainer?  I was thinking of starting with a personal trainer, are their questions I should ask before I start?

If you want to become slimmer in just one week, sorry to break your bubble. Even if you managed to do that, the rebound will be so hard you'll get even more fatter. You have to lose weight gradually like .5lbs per week. If you want to do it done w/o weights, use your own body weight and also consider diet.  What you eat is an important part of the equation.
