I used to take prescription Orlistat 120MG, now sold OTC as Alli 60MG. It helps by preventing about 30% of the fat in the foods you eat being absorbed, using this in combination with fitness can truly help you lose more weight! Sure the fair warning everyone gives is oily stools, that's probably the biggest side effects.
