    @justatest90-0 PrEP is very expensive in Taiwan if you are not a high risk person (like say medical workers). I heard that you have to buy it in Thailand if you want it cheaper, like vastly cheaper. Otherwise a course of prep is something like close to 1000 dollars. But once you become positive, the government pays the costs, and first 2 years is paid for by the Taiwan's version of CDC, after that it's paid for by the national healthcare.

    I was circumcised at 18. I chose to be circumcised because I have a very mild hypospadias and my foreskin was more of a hood than a sheath. It was annoying because it always slid back and definitely got in the way when masturbating. Also, it was kind of embarrassing. Since being circumcised i don't mind being nude around other men

Gluten… I'm not so sure how much it makes my stool painful but I might actually give this a try but I really doubt this will help me since it would be too good to be true and avoiding gluten would be a real challenge these days.  :crazy2: :crazy2: No-one's ever told me that before either, and doctor seemed surprised by the information, even my sister was till she tried it (she's a nurse). It's got to be worth a trial it's made a huge difference to my life, but as I say, it has to be 100% gluten free for that time. I'd recommend at least a week, ideally two to notice any difference, if it works, it will then take longer to heal. It'll be hard to avoid gluten with complete family, it's not just me in the house. I'll try and think of something…  :crazy2: Thanks for the advice too

    I tried like all there is in that field from natural to steroids.. 750mg of tribulus terrestris is really not much. if you feel like you have a test. trouble , consult a doc, my ex BF who was like you know , a fag, (feminine voice and all) , had blood test and was prescribed steroids.     Exercise at least 30 min. a day to keep your body fit - walk, run, take push ups etc. Take control of your mind - let go of the stuff that bothers you, that can do anything about. Breathe and do some yoga once in a while. Eat plant based food. Eat raw (fruit, nuts, carrots etc) as often as possible and do not consume processed food like fast food or dairy products. Make sure to get fibers, vitamins, minerals and to drink lots of water. Spend time outside every day; in the nature if possible. Sleep at night instead of staying awake and sleep naked. Drink only alcohol once a week if necessary and only in small amounts. If you don't have sex, then masturbate. Stop smoking cigarettes only marijuana is okay. Believe in yourself!! That's my basics for a healthy life.
