    @justatest90-0 PrEP is very expensive in Taiwan if you are not a high risk person (like say medical workers). I heard that you have to buy it in Thailand if you want it cheaper, like vastly cheaper. Otherwise a course of prep is something like close to 1000 dollars. But once you become positive, the government pays the costs, and first 2 years is paid for by the Taiwan's version of CDC, after that it's paid for by the national healthcare.

    I've actually been having this issue myself, and after speaking with a few of my friends in the escorting business, have been trying out a few things. My health is very good too; I'm fit, go to the gym 5-6 days a week, etc. Hormone levels are great at age of 24. Despite what my doctor said too - that it's mental and psychological, I have to agree with what DIST is saying.     Skinny people get the BEST muscles (largely because they're not obscured by a layer of fat, so especially abs).  I wish I had your problems! But you do have to work out and get enough protein, and that means strength training.  At a minimum, push ups, crunches, planks and squats, with rest days in between.  No equipment required!  Past that, you could expand with a set of hand-weights for arm work (bicep curls) and an exercise ball for your crunches and plank. (very cheap)  You could also add pull-ups for back work. There are a lot of online programs that will ramp you up gradually.  For example: http://hundredpushups.com/

    Aggressive teeth cleaning (brushing and flossing) before oral sex can increase the chances of contracting STDs.  Try to aim for a few hours or more after dental activity before oral activity.

    @warpaint: @dist: I've read many of those articles that say sleep this and eat that. In the end of the day, I do what feels right for me and what my body tells me to do. If I'm hungry at 1 am, I will eat at 1 am. If I'm wide awake at 11 pm,  I will stay awake until I get sleepy. I'd say I'm pretty happy with my current form. But I do wonder, if I had followed the guidelines of those articles, maybe I would've looked like Wolverine by now (since I've been lifting weights for 4 years). Yeah that sounds quite right. Nope I don't think you would look like one. I mean, depends on what articles you're talking about. If it's about "healthy" lifestyle it's bullshit as bearlove noticed. It just doesn't work and it's a sad bullshit for middle age women to come back to form. Actually bodybuilding articles never quite say you should do something one way or the other. They always just lead you to the right direction but the choice is always yours after all. They never make you one perfect solution cause it always depends on an invidual and the body. Maybe you guys don't know about it but yeah, here in Poland every women is convinced that not eating after 6p.m will save their life and make them healthy and skinny. REALLY. It's funny cause some people who think they are healthy or vegan or smth don't really know what their doing. So I will always listen to those bigger guys who actually do something with their body and you can see the effect of their knowledge. So yeah dist. I'm doing the same. If I'm hungry ad 1 am I will eat.     Yeah, this is sad, I have had meningoencephalitis (different to the above) before and had been in a coma for over a month, mine was viral though and took my ability to walk for months after I had woken up. it was practically 18 months later that I began to feel and be myself again. i contracted mine through bacteria in lake water. Needless to say, I am more wary of where I swim these days.

    I have them too! It's completely normal. I've been skinny my whole life, but during puberty I got a lot of stretch marks on the sides on my butt and my thighs. And recently, I got a few new ones in the inner part of my thigh, probably because I had a crappy work out regime this past year. (I've been getting better at it ) My entire family has stretch marks, and it is genetic, so it's not in my control. All I can do is try to keep new ones from coming. Try not to worry too much about it!! If it's any consolation, I do have a thing for guys who have stretch marks

    @brianboru72: I still struggle with this.  I feel like I'm bouncing between doing too much and not doing enough. I try to listen to what my body is saying- but sometimes I'm suspicious of just feeling lazy, so I keep pushing myself to do more while watching out for injuries.  :blink: That's a good point

    Look, I see things a bit differently, Taking Steriods isnt the only option you should think about, look into different over the counter products that can help you in bulking and cutting too. But if you are still keen on taking them, do your research and when you think you have researched enough, DO MORE research. Everyone has their personal opinions on steroids, especially the ones who take them, So if they do tell you which ones they are taking, just keep in mind that it is their personal experience on the steroids they are taking relating to their own body, it might be a different experience for you altogether. Be responsible and know when stop. I hope you find what works for you.

    since most people already said dermatologist imma say something else some scientist have posited that acne occurs in the first place as an evolutionary trait. they posited that acne occurs as a signal to potential mates that "your" acne is a signal to them that your immune system is not yet mature enough, since your body can't fight the bacteria effectively, hence your acne. further stating that when you no longer have acne is when your body is competent enough immunology-wise to procreate. sorry couldn't find the youtube vid where it came from.
