    @justatest90-0 PrEP is very expensive in Taiwan if you are not a high risk person (like say medical workers). I heard that you have to buy it in Thailand if you want it cheaper, like vastly cheaper. Otherwise a course of prep is something like close to 1000 dollars. But once you become positive, the government pays the costs, and first 2 years is paid for by the Taiwan's version of CDC, after that it's paid for by the national healthcare.

    It also depends too much on body type, we can't base ourselves only on height x weight. I, for example, am short but big. My doctor once told me I would only be my ideal weight when dead. Guess the most important is Fat% (which I know, you can't measure that easy)

    walnuts are good for your brain, egg yolks for eyes, as much as I know, ginger pushes your imune system, bananas are good so you don't get cramps, avocados are good because it's natural fat and maybe it's strange, but you need fat, blueberries are antioxidants, coffee is good for your liver belive it or not, even instant coffee, so is fresh goat milk, Smallflower Hairy Willowherb tea for prostate. I get lots of energy from mandarin, If you ge upset stomack because you ate too much oil or other fat with your lunch, oranges are great. MAngo is so great, you have no idea. Salad if it's from your garden and it's not sprayed with anything. It has the right bacterias that are in your bowells. Linoil if you need to shit but can't. Or grounded linseeds and mixed with natural yoghurt.

When I first started working out, I literally could not bend my arms the next day, I had so much troubles taking notes at school that week As soon as I recovered I went back to the gym, and I went hard and all out. I've never had that problem again because the body adjusts.

    @stefaan: Complicated subject - while it is true that ''abs come from the kitchen'', some people - especially those who have been overweight in the past might never be able to have abs like some of the porn stars. The fat cells in your body can grow and shrink, they can also split themselves - but they don't disappear / die off - in extreme cases, unfortunately, liposuction may be necessary - now keep in mind that is only for those who have been very overweight. Everybody has abs and with a low enough of a fat percentage - abs do get visible. Now with exercise and proper form - especially ''core exercises'' would develop your abs and make them look larger / more defined - but please do keep in mind that this is exactly why PROPER FORM during exercising is important - lots of people end up having asymmetrical abs. Take care and don't worry about it that much - abs are nice to look at - but a bit of a tummy is always nice to touch @Eridanos: @stefaan: lots of people end up having asymmetrical abs. But I thought asymmetrical abs were actually dependant on the individual's genetics.  :blink: both are correct. you have to be genetically lucky to be able to show your abs before reaching 12% body fat, like winning the lottery lucky. 12% is not a solid number to build on however, nor is it actually healthier. everyone's body is different so it my take you more or maybe less to show your abs and subsequently develop them. you know what they say; abs in a thin person (lanky) is not really impressive.

    If you are careful then you have no extra risk, especpially with trimming.    Like with any sex, you are more lkely to catch something if you have open wounds.
