It would appear that you may have stopped the torrent at some point and restarted it. Once you stop a torrent, your torrent client will still acknowledge the full amount seeded from the beginning of it being added to your torrent client. The tracker however will only show how much you have uploaded on that particular session. Once you stop then restart the torrent, the session is refreshed and the tracker count goes back to 0. You would need to look at your overall ratio to be able to tell, but the problem comes in when you're dealing with numbers that are over 1 TB. 1 TB = 1024 GB, so it takes a while to make up the difference when the gap in the numbers is that large.

The passkey reset was after you've written to the Helpdesk. That means IF the 40 GB you mention weren't registered by the tracker, it were fore another reason. Currently I see about 6 GB of upload registered during the last 1 to 2 hours. There is as well some download. Update 2015-12-27 After watching your statistics for a day, I can't see any dysfunction of the tracker. UL 1.37 TB , DL 1.42 TB, Download Buffer 295.34 GB - 2015-12-26 @ 12:30 UTC UL 1.39 TB , DL 1.44 TB, Download Buffer 311.14 GB  - 2015-12-27 @ 14:45 UTC So it were registered about 20 GB of upload and a similar amount of download. actually you uploaded a very little more than you downloaded, because the buffer had a slight increase of 16 MB. Ratio is upload divided by download and as long as both increase at par, not much will change to the share ratio.

Then these 15 are most likely torrents with multiple files of which you have selected not to download all. Go to your Profile by clicking on your name in "Welcome back, …" then scrill down to the Leeching Torrents link, click it to see which they are. Stop a few in your torrent client. (don't remove, you can restart them after download).

@henrytat: It does not appear that any of the torrents in your profile currently have any leechers actively downloading them. This is obviously problematic for trying to increase your ratio, as there must be leechers downloading the content in order to upload anything to anyone. Again my suggestion here would be to look for freeleech torrents and/or ratio lift torrents to help get you on your way. @kurtis88: I noticed that your download rights are gone again, and that you have not uploaded your first torrent yet. Did you know that if you upload your first torrent, not only will you get enough upload for getting the torrent out, but you will also get 600 SBP from the First Time Uploader Program (FTUP)?

I've just had a look at the 'Ratio Lift Forum' What is the point?  There are two torrents. Neither of them is freeleech, one had no seeders, the other has downloaders, heaven knows why. Either anything in that forum should be permanent freeleech or the forum should be deleted. New members are being duped into thinking their ratio will be 'lifted'..

Hey Guys, Was wondering why I can no longer donate using PayPal. Would prefer to use it than bitcoin or "Stripe".

The same thing happened to me. My client shows I have uploaded 2s gigabyte, but my upload quota hardly goes up. https://www.gaytor.rent/details.php?id=f6588096f68df63e5f36a875e560178b417df447e60473d9 (I only downloaded part of the torrent, so it is listed in my leeching torrents.)

If you see such message from the tracker (to many downloads, or as well time outs), what you can do to have your upload and download tracked is the following: Do not stop that torrent and keep the torrent programme (e.g. µTorrent) running. If you stop it's over. Stop other downloading torrents from the same tracker, that will free slots to connect to the tracker Try to update the tracker for the red torrent after having stopped other 'green' downloaing. There is a minimum time between tracker updates, the function is greyed out if an update was attempted recently, you may need to wait a few minutes. In µTorrent it is on the drop down list on that torrent in the torrent list, the before last item of the drop down list.

Aside each forum post, in your Profile (lick on your name in "Welcome back, …") and in the middle below the blue menu bar. At this moment: Uploaded: 21.16 TB Downloaded: 4.67 TB These are high absolute values, the lowest indicated value change of 0.01 TB is about 10 GB (these are actually TiB and GiB). You can compare delta per active torrent, where lower changes are visible, but you have to make sure the torrent was active all the period and to take delta only in both your Profile and the BitTorrent client.

Don't  :crazy2: You could download one and a half times the amount you already have done and still be above your minimum ratio. Just leaving your torrent running often grabs some upload - many a time I've gone away to no leechers and come back to find lots. Happens a lot with freeleech torrents in my experience

@Popper: Units here are powers of two: 1 KB = 1024 bytes 1 MB = 1024 KB 1 GB = 1024 MB 1 TB = 1024 GB So 0.98 TB * 1024 GB/TB = ~1004 GB. Actually the upload and download is stored in bytes and displayed rounded. That is the way how Microsoft Windows uses units, but using KiB, MiB, GiB and TiB would be correct and avoid confusion with decimal system based units (as used by storage device manufacturers). Ah I see, that explains it, thanks for the help. And thanks to the others for replying too, appreciated.

Also, another thing to take note of is that according to the tracker, you are listed as not being connectable. This is a matter of port forwarding rules not being properly setup in your router. When there are leechers downloading any of the torrents that you are seeding, being connectable will help your chances and abilities to actually upload content. You can find more information on how to do this, or get help with getting this setup in this forum thread. You can also find a more in depth step by step guide on how to set this up at http://www.portforward.com/
