Tracker connection error

I was able to connect to my tracker and seed few hours ago,but now it keeps showing connection error(errorcode:10060).I've tried to reboot pc and modem but it doesn't work,what's wrong :cry2:?

The site seems fine - though extremely slow - but none of my torrents are working - they have all been offline for hours now. No problem with other sites.
I notice there have been no new torrents added for a while now either.

The tracker is offline almost all day now. Many torrents show 0/0 people connected. Tracker message says "Offline". All pages do load very very slow, it takes minutes to appear…
Pity that there is no info on that from a staff member!

Same problema here, download rights taken and tracker offline , no way to improve my ratio :cry2:
