but also download the torrent, where it will sit idle on your machine until someone reseeds it.

Will someone in fact reseed the torrent? That depends on how many people snatched the material, and how long ago it was active. In my experience, about one-third of such requests are fruitful, so it's worth a try. If you haven't had luck finding a seeder within a week, it's probably not going to happen and you can delete the torrent from your client.

@lololulu: I think it's time to end this thread, and all others that you have regarding this other person. There are professionals who can help you deal with this, such as the suicide hotlines I've identified in other threads--988 in US/Canada; 0800 689 5652 in the UK. They can also refer you resources to deal with your own issues.

If he distributed sexual videos of a minor, he would have been prosecuted for child porn.  He was never prosecuted.

The fact that he wasn't prosecuted doesn't mean he didn't commit a crime; it only means that if he did, he didn't get caught.

That being said, there have been many situations where somebody (or their attorney) claims that porn is "under-age" because they want it suppressed from release–Thierry Pepin comes to mind.  That tactic rarely works, because once's something's out on the Interwebs, it's there forever.

At the same time, I can appreciate websites that, out of an abundance of caution, choose not to facilitate access to material that _might  _be under-age.  I don't know if gt.ru "punishes" the uploader of such material; anyone can make a one-time mistake, especially if the content isn't on the "banned" list.  In this age of home-made videos, it's hard to know if a "model" is under-age.  But if there's a somewhat credible cloud of suspicion about a given video, it's best for websites–and users--to stay far away from it.  Even an unfounded accusation of "child porn" can be very damaging to institutions or individuals.

@Estion uTorrent 3.6 is filled with bugs. My system "auto upgraded" and it was a mess, so I downloaded and re-installed uTorrent 3.5, turning "auto updates" off.

If you search the forum for the term uTorrent, you'll find a handy how-to guide for doing this, posted by @john32123666 . It works very well, keeps all your current torrents, etc.

I've also noticed this phenomenon--but it hasn't been a problem for me. If I'm doing a search, it's usually because I'm looking for something in particular--maybe a torrent in the "military" category with the name "Kyle" in the title or description. That's not going to get many results, and I can go through them easily.

If I do a search that has >10,000 results, my search parameters have been too vague, and I'm not going to sift through even 1000 results. While it would be nice to address this "feature," I think it's probably rather low priority given the many other issues that pop up on a website this complicated.

The page linked by @iaimtoplease shows material that can't be uploaded at all. There are also studios (like EnglishLads and OnlyFans) that often request that torrents of their material be deleted for copyright reasons. It's OK to upload that material, but know that it might be deleted.

I'm not familiar with Joshua Armstrong, although I did a quick image search and he's definitely not under-age. If his stuff has disappeared from this site, it's probably for copyright reasons.

The moderators/staff of this site seem to follow a good policy here: If a person/company can demonstrate that they own the copyright to material being torrented here, the torrent will be deleted and the uploader notified to that effect, although the site will not tell the copyright owner who the uploader was. Furthermore, the admins/site will not comment to others regarding a torrent that they have deleted. These policies protect users' privacy while honoring copyright requests.

(There is another torrent site that currently has five Joshua Armstrong torrents active. I won't mention that site's name here, but you can send me a PM if you're interested.)

@vmalar Please re-read what I said, and I'll also try to simplify it for you: There's a big difference between a parent who circumcises a child without his consent, and that child who grows up to be a circumcised man.

I think the parent was wrong to enforce this upon the child. While this might fall under the category of child abuse, it cannot be compared to the holocaust.

But the guy who was circumcised is not wrong. He had nothing to do with the decision, and he has a right to enjoy his sex life--and his penis--to the fullest. Telling him that he is defective and mutilated serves no purpose.

@archiver55 To answer your topic question--no, there isn't a list of removed torrents that's available to users, according to what a moderator told me a few years ago.

As @john32123666 says, torrents can disappear if the copyright owner asks it to be taken down. Material from EnglishLads and OnlyFans is often removed. If the torrent is taken down but you're still connected to seeders and/or leechers, those connections will stay active and you can download/upload material from those other people. It will not, though, be counted by the tracker and figured into your ratio.

I can imagine its frustrating to have a torrent disappear when you're using it to boost your ratio. I suggest no using EnglishLads or OnlyFans for this purpose. The torrent you mentioned (Guys of London) sounds like it might have been a thinly masked bit from EnglishLads or its affiliated studios...and those folks watch this stuff carefully.

I think it's "okay" to upload anything that satisfies the site's rules (https://www.gaytor.rent/rules.php#102) and isn't banned (https://www.gaytor.rent/notallowed.php), although it might go away very quickly.

That said, it's a lot of work for moderators to get a takedown request, verify it, and then delete the torrent. I would understand if they were to say, "Don't upload stuff from <some studio>.com, because it creates a hassle for us." Thus far, though, they haven't done that.

@jokuihmemies The guy talking over the camera, and then appearing with the "NY" shirt, later produced the HungYoungBrit series. I don't think this one is officially part of that--the guy looks much younger here and the camera work is not as good.
