If a torrent has been deleted, you should see a "unregistered torrent" failure in your torrent client, not a connection has been refused. Anyway, besides other possible reasons, there are two likely for a seed torrent to be removed: 1/ Duplicate to another older torrent, on which you could "jump-on" reseeding if it contains the exact same file(s) 2/ DMCA Takedown Notice from the copyright owner or his agent(s) alleging copyright infringement.

The "Request Re-Seed" is not active = greyed out in two cases: 1/ More than 2 seeder available (even if these are not connectible and/or provide low bandwidth) 2/ The initial upload isn't finished. That means nobody completed the download yet (Snatched = 0) and can reseed. We follow-up not seed new torrents closely being only partial seed, but can't do much more than sending PMs and propose help to the uploader. If such torrent isn't completed and seed after 3 days, "~completes?" is added to the beginning of the description, together with a last PM to the uploader … Not at all seed new torrents are deleted after 3 days.

I'd like to highlight that the movie in question is only of 5 seconds length and not worth the trouble…

Ah, I see now.  So that makes the results appear and disappear and explains all the above.  Good, I just wanted to let you guys know in case you didn't already.

Our tracker has and had always the scraping disabled. There is no change on that. Changes were made so that the DDoS protection does not get active by a few hundreds of connections to the tracker. I am running about 600 torrents without issues these last days. Your 503 error / time outs is displayed where, in your browser, or in your torrent client Transmission?

What  torrent client  are you using?

Look in your Profile by clicking at your name in "Welcome back, …" then scroll down to the bottom of that page. There click on "Show completed torrents" to see the completed download. Click on "Show leeching torrents", to see the torrents you are currently downloading

Hi. About blinking issue. I'm using Opera 12.16. The blinking appears when preview image is too large and it covers the mouse cursor. To test it you can make browser window smaller and then try to mouse over torrents

Unfortunately XP users are stuck with IE8 and Vista user like me with IE9. For IE10 you need to have Windows 7 or 8. Microsoft commercial strategy to make users buying upgrades. The solution is to drop IE on those systems and use modern up-to-date browsers like Chrome, Firefox or Opera. –-- Update 2013-09-07 Popper: This should have been fixed by the developers yesterday evening, at least for IE9. If someone can confirm for IE8 and less?

@p90: @trukr: Are the torrents you're trying to edit older than 7 days? Users can't edit any torrent if it's over 7 days old. You can send a message to the helpdesk with your desired changes for any uneditable torrents you encounter (7days+), and Staff will make the changes. They are, might be helpful if the message said that rather than an unrelated error about pictures What is the reason for this restriction? I will poke the helpdesk with the changes True. The reason is that some people had tantrums, spazzes, tizzies, hissy-fits, bouts with paranoia, etc and went on deleting sprees deleting ALL their uploads. The last straw, ages ago (like around 4.5yrs ago), was when a Mod had a falling out with other Staff and did it too.
