Quick pointers on this. The six-digit code only exists if you turned on two-factor authentication yourself at some point: it's the rotating code inside the authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Aegis, etc.) you scanned the QR code with back then. If you never set that up, the site won't ask you for one. If you couldn't log in over the last days without ever enabling 2FA, that was most likely a site-side login issue we fixed yesterday, so please just try again. And if you're genuinely locked out (lost the app or the recovery code), contact the helpdesk from the email address registered to your account and we'll sort it out there.

@ianfontinell said: if you don't see the option, send a message to Joker asking to have it enabled for you, although be aware that it's still being worked on. Thank you so much! I just had a look at this page, unfortuantely, it's not turned on for me. I will look around for Joker.

Quick update from the team — this is fixed now. Uploading torrents and adding pictures were failing for a few hours because of a technical problem on our side (nothing to do with your torrents or your accounts). It is sorted and everything is back to normal — new uploads are flowing again. Sorry for the disruption, and thanks for the reports, they helped us pin it down fast.

@ianfontinell I see what you mean. Indexing might be done properly but the results are showing up faulty. That's way beyond my knowledge skills

@Kevin4fm Sorry, I understand my second post was not clear. I meant to say that I had looked through the parameters before creating this topic and did not see the option, but after your first reply, I was able to find it. Thanks

@raphjd said: To throw my 2 cents in, for other readers who might look at this. I run 2 seedboxes, and sometimes I use my NAS and PC to do torrents here and elsewhere without a problem. To add to this... We recently rolled out a new anti cheat system. If you have a fast connection and/or use a seedbox, it is possible that the system may flag your account for "fraud review". If this happens, do not panic. You will not just automatically be banned, simply for having a fast connection or using a seedbox. The flag only prompts certain staff (like me) to take a look at what your torrent client is reporting to the tracker. We have a number of tools at our disposal to look things over and assess your situation. Especially if you have a seedbox, I recommend keeping it going for a few reasons, one of which is it actually helps us get the full picture of your situation. If you haven't been doing anything to alter, tamper with, or otherwise creatively report bogus data to the tracker, it is generally obvious that your case is genuine, and we'll remove the flag from your account and clear you of any wrong doing. Generally speaking, it is usually very obvious as to what is fair/honest use, and what data is the result of "funny business". Lastly, keep in mind that we are only human, so we are capable of making a mistake every once in a while. If we do make a decision on your case and you have not done anything wrong, you can always send us an email and explain your situation in as much detail as you can. We are always happy to have a second look at things, just in case your case happens to be the odd one for which we make a mistake due to human error. As long as you approach it in a civil and respectful manner, we will always have a look at your situation again, and generally tend to give you the benefit of the doubt if it is at least possible that what you're saying is true.

@peterecko Maybe I'm a bit of a masochist but if I were to get that, although I'd be annoyed, I'd also be laughing. I'm tempted to try to force it myself somehow, just for a giggle. I love it when the guys behind the scenes add a little humour or unexpected comment. When, for instance, instead of getting "404: Page error" I get "Hmm. How did you get here? I didn't think I existed. But if I don't, how can I think I didn't?. Can I suggest you try again, while I think about this?" Things like that don't just soften the blow, they make me want to be hit again!
