There are some staff that can better answer this, but I see it like using the same VPN as other users. Many of us use the same VPN, which in theory will eventually give us overlapping IP addresses. As far as I'm aware, this has never caused anyone to be banned.

Hi Matty I don't know if you tried, but you can use more than one search term in the search box. So you could search for, say, "jeremy jordan" (without quotes) in torrent name and description and that returns just 82 results but just 'jordan' returns 682 and just 'jeremy' 698 It's not perfect but it can help narrow things down. Of course, it is no help if the torrent name is just the title of the movie and there's no cast list in the description but we can't have everything Happy hunting

He just has to click on Helpdesk and write a request by e-mail to it, indicating his account's name.

It also could be a browser issue or how its configured. Just a thought.. 

Maybe someone from your IP has signed in before you did it? But the guy is right, you should write to helpdesk because multiple accounts is a cause to expulsion from this site

Unfortunately, yes. I keep myself a small text file with the links to my few pictures. If you remember the file name, you can "re-construct" the links, or if you made form posts or torrent comments you can use your browser functions to retrieve the links.

if you still experience that problem, try to open just one page to the site. avoid opening to many tabs for each torrent. instead just open one page at time this should helpe prevent getting blocked by hyperfilter the banning threshold is already set to max

This is a redirection from Hyperfilter when it seems to have problems to authenticate your session. this usually can happen when your ip change but also on other occasions… don't worry.. this is for the site's protection. just reload the page you came from and it should work.
