@justatest90-0 PrEP is very expensive in Taiwan if you are not a high risk person (like say medical workers). I heard that you have to buy it in Thailand if you want it cheaper, like vastly cheaper. Otherwise a course of prep is something like close to 1000 dollars. But once you become positive, the government pays the costs, and first 2 years is paid for by the Taiwan's version of CDC, after that it's paid for by the national healthcare.

I came out of the closet start of last year, and was in a similar situation. Not knowing anybody it was difficult to get out there and have any experiences. I started going on the less seedy dating apps like tinder. I think guys tend to put in a little more effort to get to know you on the dating apps because when you use something like grindr 90% of the crowd are just looking for no strings attached sex (sometimes even if their profile says otherwise). With that said i have made friends on grindr and jack'd because i was open and prefaced the conversation with my intentions. Guys who don't actually want to create friendships will drop off after a few days of only online chatting with no face to face. Usually if the conversation flows naturally im happy to meet them after a week or two, assuming you've had no red flags or feel uncomfortable about them. I was lucky enough to make a good friend at the gym and him and his boyfriend showed me the ropes and introduced me to some nice friends and helped introduce me to the scene. I'm not deep in the scene and will never be, but i've had a good taste of what its like and know its not for me. With that said i've made some great friends which i will continue keeping in contact with even after i stop partying and settle down with a boyfriend. My advise is to just meet people, make friends who may or may not be in the scene. Use the apps if thats what you need, once you have enough friends you'll have a network and know at least a few people who will help introduce you to the scene and show you the ropes of saunas and spas if that's whats you want.

You should get some creatine supplement and take approximately 5 grams a day. Here's a handy article to fill you in on what it does: https://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/drobson181.htm. It's cheap and it's been heavily researched to vouch for its effectiveness, so I don't think you can go wrong with it. Well, that is if you don't take it with sufficient water or if you actually have allergies to creatine. Oh, and you may want to check out bodylastic resistance bands. They're cheaper than weights and it does offer more versatility.

I am making myself available to anyone who might have a question or concern about prostate cancer or the treatment of it. It was my experience that the medical industry sends us mixed messages and misinformation, in my opinion. In the United States alone, over 150,000 men will receive a prostate cancer diagnosis each year. That works out to about 2900 men per week get diagnosed with prostate cancer. There is a lot of men who may have a need for cancer related information and not know where to go.

"Husband awakened by your crunching" – you're eating the "cheat food" in bed?  :afr: Well, that's either a poor reflection on your level of commitment, or a signal that the food is controlling you, and not the other way around. If you're at all serious about better nutrition and weight loss, cut out ALL cheat meals. People tend to under-report the number of times they cheat, as well as the amount of unhealthy food consumed. So, this self-sabotage either needs to stop completely, or be resigned to your current weight, and its eventual, continued increase. I hope you find courage, and lose your excuses.  Good luck!

Squats and bridges are your bestfriend. This list (https://www.mensfitness.com/training/build-muscle/15-exercises-develop-best-glutes-gym) is pretty comprehensive, but I'll start with compound movements (deadlifts) on Easy Mode with good form before experimenting more. Don't overload on the weight initially; form is more important when we're talking about glutes.

So, most likely there is minor tearing around the urethra that's irritated by the cum.  If you've ever gotten cum in your eyes it STINGS like anything.

Either scrambled eggs with some ham if its possible or just boiled 5 eggs with mayo and maybe a toast. That's for protein-fat. If I go for protein-carbs that's oat meals with milk. A lot. If I don't have much time to eat that much I will just reduce and add cashew with cranberry as a snack to fill calories

@trixx: I've been having good success with switching to a ketogenic diet. I've only been on it for 2 months, but have lost close to 10 kg while maintaining my same workout routine doing swimming and body weight exercises. My friends have even asked me if I'm doing something because the weight loss is so obvious! well be careful of diabetes in the long run. the human body was not meant to make use of ketones as a long term source of fuel for a reason.

I agree with ALL of those posts.  Don't compare and get going with all those lifts.
