    @justatest90-0 PrEP is very expensive in Taiwan if you are not a high risk person (like say medical workers). I heard that you have to buy it in Thailand if you want it cheaper, like vastly cheaper. Otherwise a course of prep is something like close to 1000 dollars. But once you become positive, the government pays the costs, and first 2 years is paid for by the Taiwan's version of CDC, after that it's paid for by the national healthcare.

    Five times a week. I'd go more often, but rest days are allegedly just as important for muscle growth as gym days are. The gym helps me find stress relief, which is nice.

    @NickJakobs: Well , i use keracnyl wash gel and then moisterise with keracnyl pp against acne or unclelan skin. works well for me . Keracnyl gel? Is it expensive?

    I own a fitbit, and it works really well, its good quality for a good price. and its all in one app . All the food can be tracked, your diet , weight , the steps measument is very accurate plus the sleep tracker works really good too. I would really recomend that .

    I have a social anxiety disorder . I dont take meds anymore , i took them for about 8 years. I then started a therapy for analysis. This took 4 years  in a group therapy which i had once a week for 1,5 hours. It was good practice and helped me alot. i still have anxiety but it isnt as bad as it used to be and i no longer need to take meds. There are good new therapy methods out there. So there is hope.

    Well, thats always an issue for me. Here is how i train at the moment and i fell it still isnt enough . I go to EMS trainin twiche a week, monday and friday . i TRY to do cardio on tuesday and thursday. Its very difficult to motivate myself to be honest.

    I would say it is more than likely a result of his man handling his dick while masturbating. You could exorcise your brains out and never tighten your sphincter enough to compensate for that.     If you want something cheap and cheerful, a company called BoneYard Toys makes a product called the "Skwert." It's essentially a douche nozzle which is designed to be screwed onto a regular water bottle, but it also has an attachment so you can screw it onto a shower hose and use it that way. It's handy if you want something multi-purpose and want to spend under $27.

    Inconclusive. My doctor recommended me to see a urologist. He wanted me to see a urologist before prescribing medication/suggesting treatments, and if we don't get anything out of that, more tests. It's been a bit over a week since. And as I look into ED & other possible causes more, I'm kinda losing initiative to treat whatever I have.  :cheesy2:

    Building muscle can boost your metabolism as your muscles need energy to exist. You can also try doing a shitload of sit ups and if you feel like it also push ups. Cardio may also help and it isn't so intense as to build muscles. You may gain weight if you build muscle, but I think it is worth it
