@justatest90-0 PrEP is very expensive in Taiwan if you are not a high risk person (like say medical workers). I heard that you have to buy it in Thailand if you want it cheaper, like vastly cheaper. Otherwise a course of prep is something like close to 1000 dollars. But once you become positive, the government pays the costs, and first 2 years is paid for by the Taiwan's version of CDC, after that it's paid for by the national healthcare.

@Oscarbingham: I wouldnt drink the saliva or the Blood of Any cow, just like I wouldnt drink the milk out of a Cat or a dog. For ethical reasons, only vegetable  milks here please! Each almond that makes up your almond milk requires 5 liters of water to produce it. ++++ As for drinking cow's milk, it's very good for you, especially if you are white.    Non-whites tend to be lactose intolerant, while whites evolved to be able to drink milk to help us with Vitamin D and Calcium. If you live in the north or south part of the globe and are white, then drinking milk is beneficial for you especially in the winter when the sun is farther away from you.

I know how the whole product placement industry works, but this product being advertised by a "celebrity" does not make it immediately useless. I really don't like how enemas feel and i'm trying to see if there's any alternative

Don't weigh yourself every day: water weight can fluctuate on a daily basis, meaning that daily measurements don't give accurate readings. I would weigh every week or so. Also, don't panic – weight-loss is not something that happens overnight. Give yourself time.

@clkkid: Heres the weirdest thing, every time i lost weight, my butt is the first to get slimmed..HELP Squats. @Zeitgeist: @jessiegirl: Sit ups don't help reduce belly fat. They train your abs, which you won't see because of the fat. Also, there are much better core exercises you can do to train abs/oblique etc. The three rules to lose that fat, in order of priority; 1. Diet - count your calories, get rid of processed foods, high protein 2. Strength / Resistance training - you burn a shit load of calories at the gym building muscle 3. Cardio HiiT training 25mins for times a week to speed up the process when you get down to a decent body fat percentage Cardio is a tool put on top of the foundation of the first two when the process slows down a bit and you need to push the body harder to get down into the -15% body fat range. You shouldn't rely on cardio to lose belly fat. Agreed. All three factors are integral to losing belly and gut fat. Well I wouldn't agree on "burn a shit load of calories" at point 2. You're right with most of the things, but strength training doesn't burn a lot of calories. Cardio does, yeah. While doing the training while cutting - strenght training doesn't help you reduce fat. It helps you build muscles yeah, but that's two different things. You can't do both of those. There is one exception - if you don't workout or have a LOOOONG break and then start going to the gym, that's the period when for some time burning fat and building muscle is possible - but only then.

@ag192024: edging. thinking boring thoughts. this is not proper edging nor is outright stopping and doing something else for a bit. never stop, just slow down as much as you need.

Is this a thing?  I am guessing that some type of skin bleaching cream would work, but why take the risk associated with chemicals?

Free weights and the gym. Basic and boring, but it does the job. Occasionally, I'll add some cardio to spruce the mix.

Also, don't neglect diet. Abs are made in the kitchen, not the gym.

Just don't be obvious or obnoxious and your fine. Most of the guys in gyms know that a lot of guys there are gay or bi. Heck, many like to tease.
