    @justatest90-0 PrEP is very expensive in Taiwan if you are not a high risk person (like say medical workers). I heard that you have to buy it in Thailand if you want it cheaper, like vastly cheaper. Otherwise a course of prep is something like close to 1000 dollars. But once you become positive, the government pays the costs, and first 2 years is paid for by the Taiwan's version of CDC, after that it's paid for by the national healthcare.

Check out the first four videos of their beginners series https://www.youtube.com/user/TheMiamiTrainer They go into the progressions so you can do things like pull ups and push ups, the basic exercises. Alan Thral on YouTube has amazing videos on the squat, deadlift, and bench press, all part of a well-balanced exercise plan.

There's another part of the site that has videos of each and every exercise. They have forums. And you can start a blog so you have a place to brag, curse, or talk about your fitness adventure. It's the best place I've seen online for fitness. In my opinion, Alan Thrall on YouTube has the best videos explaining the three core movements, if you're getting into weightlifting.     It's pretty lengthy indeed. In the sense of how they began to life towards fields unreachable to before, breaking their constrains, while men keep on living in pretty similar roles from fifty years ago, male roles transformation or liberation hasn't seen such radical changes as the females one and the world appears to be focused on fem equality, what leads to the masculine view to be secondary. Regardless, both parts faces the search for happiness dilemma, which women can fulfill it better than men achieving things that they haven't before, but what can men do that they haven't done so? There lays the emotional awareness of themselves, sociability in an alienating world -perhaps a cause the technology or the current political state of it- remains as a difficulty to men. Sure most can start a conversation but not bond to the level that women do -and fight over it, of course- and that reflects on their growing loneliness and feeling of emptiness.

    I totally understand feeling insecure about it. But, just so you know, there are guys out there who are good with bald men, including myself. If you can find a way that works and makes you feel more confident, go for it. But don't torture yourself. Hope this helps.

    @bibob: @idesigay: I have started gym last week after 2 year gap and I have muscle soreness almost in all part of my body except belly. I did whole body workout to active my muscles.. I am not fan of muscle soreness as it make it difficult to walk and even use toilet  :cry2: Gosh, if "soreness as it make it difficult to walk and even use toilet  :cry2: " then he's working that muscle too hard and not using enough lube  ;D using lube? what do you mean? we are talking about muscles soreness na  ;D
