I think the most important thing is to make sure that he's gay. Otherwise things might end up as hell for you. Unless you're a woman of course. Oh, and single. But yes, just like the other comments, try to just give the guy you like a smile. If he responds then you can proceed to the 'getting to know' part. If he doesn't, then he's obviously not interested in you, so don't try to pursue that guy anymore.

You will be arrested and registered as a sex offender if caught, and between you and me, sex is supposed to be private and unless they are going to get involved, I don't want strangers coming in and being caught. I think if guys do have sex in a bathroom or public washroom or whatever, they already know each other and they are just doing it for the thrill of it. Cruising is usually done in natural parks and in beaches and in parking lots and shit like that. Did the internet and bathhouses kill it off? Yes. The main reason cruising was done because it was hard to find other guys to have sex with. With homosexuality somewhat being accepted as a "to each their own" type of thing, and the internet and having somewhat safe places for guys to have sex, there is no reason to risk being in a public washroom and doing that shit. Yes cruising or public sex in bathrooms, locker rooms, adult sex toy/porn stores, and parks does still exist and still happens in the United States. I have never done it but I read ads for it all the time on Craigslist and a friend of mine has done this before at times. I know random sex and perusing guys in public for  anonymous hookups is very music active, that's not what I'm saying. The topic was on public restroom cruising, and in my perspective, it has died down and it's very stigmatized even with guys who used to do it. If you want to go to a bathhouse or sex dungeon or cruise in the alley or at the park or whatever and take the guy home later or go to a hotel room or whatever, that's fine and I understand that still is active. I'm just saying back then we didn't have grindr or craigslist or gay bathhouses. Now that we do, it's sort of no need for that.

@brianboru72: I couldn't agree more with funfire227. It's admittedly going to be much harder for you, than the average person. There are challenges you're dealing with but they aren't impossible to overcome. If I'm not mistaken- thyroid problems are treatable, and if you work hard enough you can lose some of the weight. Find an activity you enjoy- personally I took up swimming because that's the one activity I really look forward to. What's yours? Try walking a bit every day- bring some tunes and take some walks to help you get more fit. Now as to autism, I know it's a challenge for you to relate to people, but again, there are people with autism who manage to get into relationships. Don't fixate on being a virgin at your age, instead try to get into activities where you'll meet more people, build your confidence, be someone interesting and they will overlook your other shortcomings. Just get out there and keep trying. And lastly, you don't have to be in a relationship to deal with being lonely. Look around you and make friends with the people you work/study with. Smile and try to strike up a conversation. Sometimes the best cure for loneliness is just spending time talking to a friend or co-worker. Or even a family member. Veganism is, for most, a matter of ethics above all else. To put it simply, semen resulting from sex between consenting adults could be considered "ethically sourced" in the sense that it is produced and "supplied" freely/willingly, not taken from another by force or through domestication. So, from an ethical stand point, yes, it's "vegan". From a nitpicky technical one, it's not because it is still an "animal byproduct". It's really up to the individual to decide which standard they choose to follow. This is not terribly complicated. And I'm not even vegan.
