@john32123666 well.. that would be synonymous with being a sissy or femboy. Words take on new meanings over time. I found this website that seems to be referring to lesbians as "girlies". I think it's one of those labels that doesn't have a clear meaning. My best guess at a definition is someone who is in some way female, but there is something about them which is not entirely female.

I have seen injected dicks that still look appealing, even though the majority become an atrocity that has barely no use. I have been going to a nude beach since my early 20s; I am now 62.
