    @justatest90-0 PrEP is very expensive in Taiwan if you are not a high risk person (like say medical workers). I heard that you have to buy it in Thailand if you want it cheaper, like vastly cheaper. Otherwise a course of prep is something like close to 1000 dollars. But once you become positive, the government pays the costs, and first 2 years is paid for by the Taiwan's version of CDC, after that it's paid for by the national healthcare.

    I always carry a towel with me to clean after using the gym facilities. Actually in Spain (at least in Madrid) in most of the gyms it is obligatory to carry a towel to clean things up after using the equipment.

And we're all tired of the excessive posting.  But as the thread was about vitiligo, I tried to find a pic of Michael Jackson's penis.  He had a severe case, unless it was a fade-cream accident.  Either way, it's something you can't "unsee."    :afr:

    For advice on a medical issue like this, I suggest getting a professional medical opinion based on a direct examination.  Your general practitioner could do such an exam, or refer you to a specialist.  If you don't have access to health care, visiting a free clinic specialising in sexual health issues could be helpful, even if this isn't sex-related.

    @frazermuscle: Male can burn fat faster training fasted, women on the other day do not. If your not getting your macros/kcals correct in the first place, thinking about timing of meals is completely pointless. Gut health and sleep optimisization with a good diet is far far more important. Post-workout meal example: fast acting carbs, LOW fibre & protein. I.E Bowl of almond milk, cocopop cereal & a protein shake. You don't want HIGH fibre (so if you use rice, use white as its less fibre and fast absorbing), otherwise it slows down the process of absorption - insulin levels are higher after working out hard so you're soak up nutrients better. Thanks for this info and I love almond milk. It truly is the best replacement for dairy milk, which I stopped drinking entirely a year ago.

    Peanut Butter (SODIUM likely) is good preworkout, espically when combined with fast acting carbs as it'll slow down the insulin response & release of carb spike. An example is 2-4x Rice Cakes + 20-30g Peanut Butter (High Sodium) + Jam/Honey or another fast acting sugar. IF you have money, a supplement such as Vitargo or whatever the US version is called is your best bet. Water + Salt is one of the most overlooked element of preworkout: If your not carbs + hydration + salt is KEY to maximise pumps, forgetting any preworkout "MAGIC" protocol first.
