    @justatest90-0 PrEP is very expensive in Taiwan if you are not a high risk person (like say medical workers). I heard that you have to buy it in Thailand if you want it cheaper, like vastly cheaper. Otherwise a course of prep is something like close to 1000 dollars. But once you become positive, the government pays the costs, and first 2 years is paid for by the Taiwan's version of CDC, after that it's paid for by the national healthcare.

    Back to the original question - it depends what type of exercise you are doing. If you are training for an endurance event, like running a marathon, or triathlon, then the bias will be towards cardiovascular workouts and aerobic activities. There is a racing weight to be targeted - the leaner you are, the less the muscles have to work to carry that load at speed, over a specified distance. Think of Eliuid Kipchoge, or the build of any other elite marathoner. On the other extreme, we have bodybuilders who are focused on sculpting that perfect body shape. This involves alot more gym work, weights, machines, HIIT, and static exercises. Much less cardio (which can reduce muscle mass).

    Exercising every day can be good but also bad, depending. If you mix it up and don't go overboard, then you can exercise every day.    That being said, as you age, you will need to lessen your exercise amounts or go every other day.

    I have passed a phase during which STD phobia has affected my sexual life negatively. I came to the conclusion that the risk of STD is permanent and it is  reality that we all have to face and I have to continue my life facing that risk in a more responsible way that is possible. After all we cannot live in a "tube". And sorry to tell you again pal, but if you feel that the STD phobia cannot let you live a normal sex life, for a long time, the best solution to address the issue is the help of a psychologist.

    I got to a MMA gym.  M/W/F = 1 hour of strength & conditioning followed by 1 hours of muay thai (kickboxing) in the afternoon; Saturday morning is another hour of strength and conditioning.  I'd like to do the 2 hour routine everyday, but I'd be in the gym for too long.
