        It only eliminates fats from your current diet, but it does not do anything to the fats you've accumulated through the years. For best results I think it should be paired with regular exercise.

          As humandoormat mentioned, it only hinders some fats from your diet not to be processed by your body, but does not affect the fat deposits you already have. It also has some bad reviews due to people having problems handling the oily residue it comes "out" from your digestive system when you go to the bathroom

            I can vouch for that one as my mother took it to help her lose weight and told me as I was going to try it..
