Cumeaternc offers numerous valid suggestions. Mgr explained that PayPal allows credit cards to be used without creating an account in Germany/DE. In the US, I know that PayPal also allows a credit card to be used without a PayPal account.  To "connect" PayPal with a direct debit FROM a checking or saving account DOES require an account. I consider PayPal extremely secure and have had an account with them for many years.  I have it connected to both my credit card and my checking account – yet I keep my balance with them at zero. But to each, their own decision.

Just a history excursion to make the function clear: In the start of this site only members of the uploader class were allowed to upload new content to our tracker. But we soon changed that by allowing every member to upload content to our tracker. The discussion Uwe mentioned is an older discussion which required some programming work to just "honor" reliable good content providers. @cumeaternc: I spent $9 on a hotfile account this month to try it out and by unlimited downloading they mean unlimited.  I think I get like 100GB of free premium traffic to share a month so if anyone is interested I can let you try it out by uploading some stuff there for "premium download". I have snatched about a terabyte easily already this month and I still has 2 weeks left before I have to renew. I have an account also there are 5 sites i frquent every day, 3 porn and 2 general. The porn ones are great for AVI files but i have yet to find any forums that post full DVD rips if anyone knows of any PM me.. I just donate $5 every now and then to get rid of the adds. I still find this place the best for Gay DVD's Speed is excelent and theres no spam and popups.

This site and tracker is limited to the Gay Porn and GLBT Themed Movie niche. It is the choice of the owner. For Straight porn do exist many other trackers, private and public. Try sextorrent.ru to share straight porn

Your reference to the thread re: torrents which were not completed due to some components having been deselected is probably the source of my problem. I rarely do that (generally I take the all or nothing approach), but occasionally I have done that in cases when some large files would duplicate those I already have. I suspect that this finally caught up with me. I never look at my profile stats so didn't realize I was accumulating incomplete downloads that were counting towards my 15 leech limit. In future, on those rare occasions when I do opt not to leech all components in a torrent, I will simply stop have to stop the torrent when it shows I have adequately seeded it.  Thanks for your reply!

@Enson: i also wish there was some system that told you if you had ever downloaded a torrent before when clicking on it it Here is the "trick" that I use (or try to use) for this. Once I download a torrent, I go back to the GT.ru torrent page and rate it.  I also thank the uploader. Even if a year later I go to that torrent, the page shows me clearly that I had rated it before!   :cheesy2: I like this because I offload both the files and .torrents to DVD's randomly to keep my torrent pool to about 100 available (while my DVD library is vast).

[image: 1781651013266-112e8940ce8a.jpg] I know this thread is old but I would like to point out something that most new uploaders don't realize, The torrent approval queue is not a parking place for your torrents.  If you have prepared 3 torrents then please upload them one at a time.  When the first one is complete the you can upload another. What you can't see and admins and mods can is the actual approval queue.  If you "park" a torrent or two then it forces mods to review the torrent for approval several times.  This is to prevent duplicates mainly but adds alot of work on approving mods. For example right now there are about 50 torrents up for approval but almost half of them are "parked".  Even though they are invisible on the tracker we see them in our queue. I love new content when presented in a singular fashion from an uploader. Did that make any sense or did it make things more confusing? :crazy2:

You'll be amazed at how many computer harddrives go bad when a ratio is below the minimum required. :rotfl: Why is it the members with good ratios never loose everything with a pc crash?  ???

@martini20: The term 'barely-legal' sends out the wrong message and invites unwanted attention, imho Strangely enough the barely legal films in straight porn are usually the most popular.  Those perverted straight horndogs(lol just a joke as I am Bi). I like the category title Twinks but if Youngbloods is by definition older and slightly "bulkier" than Twinks then I think amice has a great suggestion with  Jocks.

@pdu4: An easy way to find cover pics of DVD's is to Google the DVD title.  This generally gives you several sites that have photos of the covers, and in some cases they may have shots of scenes from the DVD. My first step is to do this very thing. At the same time I use Google Image Search  hxxp://www.google.com/imghp Since I have a Google Account, I have my "settings" of SafeSearch set to allow all content.
