Some addition: The seed bonus points are calculated using the amount of time that you have a torrent seeding. So if you are seeding even one torrent you will get seed bonus points (.5 for 1 hours seeding). This way even if there is no real upload traffic you are still being rewarded for seeding the torrent and keeping it alive. Its a reward because you can exchange these points for actual upload amount thereby increasing your ratio. You will know that you are getting SBP when there is atleast 1 near the upward facing green arrow at the top left of the screen. "On the fly into traffic" means that when you exchange the SBP you will get the said amount of GB added to your total upload amount (100SBP - 1GB added to total upload amount, and so on.)

Dear milalari, Our tracker is just accounting the up- and downloads as reported by your torrent programme. If the tracker is not counting some of your uploads, it is because your torrent programme did not sent it. Typical reasons are: You closed the torrent programme without stopping the torrents and then waiting a minute (normal updates are each 30 minutes, stopping updates immediately) The torrent programme or your PC crashes, uploads since last update are lost If you have to pay for traffic, but not for time, you could seed one torrent at a low rate and earn 0.5 bonus points per hour which can be exchanged against upload to your statistics. Attention, at best rate 350 points for 5 GB, it is worth 1.4 kB/s only

( I did search and check FAQ's before posting this and didn't find an answer) Why am I getting reseed requests for torrents I haven't even looked at, much less downloaded?  I even got several requests in a row from the same member over a few weeks?  No big deal if it is some kind of glitch, I'll just delete the messages, but I am curious.

Changes of IP will get solved usually by itself by a synchronisation of the Domain Name Server around the world within about 24 hours, strangely some ISPs DNS got update much later. My advise for the future, is too try another DNS like OpenDNS (they have Howtos on their home page) Other members are hit by having edited the local host file when we had the previous DNS issue and not reverted back, though editing of the host file shall only be a temporary fix.
