I think using BiglyBT is part of your problem. It is not reporting a proper port number to the tracker, which raises the question of what else is it not reporting to the tracker correctly? Also, I see two active torrent clients in your profile. Are you sure you shut them BOTH down?

Flat 0.5 points per hour you are seeding at least one torrent. The more torrents you've "seeding" the higher the chance to have real upload on one of them. That is better than any bonus points.
