@lololulu19 This is a very common issue w/c every one of us encountered ... and is disappointing that 3 seeder sitting are unable to seed ...
It might be that they have several/multiple downloads/uploads running so bandwidth is stress out same as down loader,
VPN and port forward also relies on it ... and poor connection ...

A maximum of @ least 3 seeders will close request-reseed/button
And if any of the active seeder will quit or get disconnected, then there is a chance of requesting ...
