I see that certain people's name show literally ZERO result in search. So I presume some actors' seed will be automatically removed?

The page linked by @iaimtoplease shows material that can't be uploaded at all. There are also studios (like EnglishLads and OnlyFans) that often request that torrents of their material be deleted for copyright reasons. It's OK to upload that material, but know that it might be deleted.
I'm not familiar with Joshua Armstrong, although I did a quick image search and he's definitely not under-age. If his stuff has disappeared from this site, it's probably for copyright reasons.
The moderators/staff of this site seem to follow a good policy here: If a person/company can demonstrate that they own the copyright to material being torrented here, the torrent will be deleted and the uploader notified to that effect, although the site will not tell the copyright owner who the uploader was. Furthermore, the admins/site will not comment to others regarding a torrent that they have deleted. These policies protect users' privacy while honoring copyright requests.
(There is another torrent site that currently has five Joshua Armstrong torrents active. I won't mention that site's name here, but you can send me a PM if you're interested.)

@john32123666 There are also a lot of Japanese-made animated films that depict an adult having sex with a character that is clearly under age. Different places have different laws about whether that sort of thing constitutes "child pornography," but it's not permitted on this site.

Absolutely. But some producers (often in Japan) have tried to escape the definition of child pornography by making drawings or animations of figures that look like minors, making the argument that no "actual minors" were involved in the production. Prosecuting a case like that requires a finding of fact (rather than law), and most juries will find that a drawing, however crude, of a 12-year-old does indeed constitute the depiction of a minor, and convict on child pornography.
This site doesn't tolerate that kind of material, and won't accept an uploader's argument that "this is a drawing, not a photograph."
