Case Fans Going Top Speed

Hey, so after every time I log into my pc and It gets to the log in screen on windows 10, my case fans start to spin up really fast to their maximum rpm. But after I login they go back to normal. Also when the computer is shutting down, the fans spin up again. Can anyone here tell me what the problem is with this? It's kind of an annoyance. And the kind of case fans I have are the Corsair ML120's assuming that info would help. They are also plugged into the commander thingy.

Someone please help.When you first startup your PC, the fans run full speed because that's normal - the software that controls the fan speeds (based on temps) hasn't loaded yet, and it's necessary to be "better safe than sorry" - a PC can overheat to a disaster point in SECONDS without cooling!
As for the end, I suspect that's just the fan monitor/driver software unloading...

point on start menu / type taskmgr / hit enter
here you can see all task running that taking all the resources ...[ΕΓΉΓ¦] : " Mahirap mag dunong dunongan, Kung wala kang kaalam alam " ...

@bi4smooth Ok. I guess I can look at it that way. I have read that the Ryzen 7 5800x does get really hot though. And Corsair ICUE software did get updates a few times at previous times in life so it could be that.

@john32123666 I understand what your saying. This may be happening. But while the system is in the shutdown process I can't see what application(s) still trying to close in the background if I make sense lol. The only antivirus I have is the one thats built into windows 10 itself. But I'm hoping its not that.

While background still running during shutdown closes application if it hangs ...
