I'm curious about how much people get paid for gay porn, and if there's an overall difference between tops and bottoms.

For example, I'd like to know what a relatively new performer might earn for a scene against a studio's star performers. I'm thinking of people like Kyle Ross (RIP) who was a Helix exclusive model and became synonymous with the brand.

Then you have guys like Daniel Hausser, Austin Avery, Dakota Lovell.... They spread themselves around various studios and are obviously in demand, but is this down to low pay and the need to shoot as many scenes as they can?

Also, is there a difference in pay-scales between top, bottom and vers guys? Do performers earn more for fucking or being fucked, or is it entirely down to there looks and fanbase? I would imagine that they would be able to expect more for doing certain things like fisting. Would you expect to be paid the same for a 1 on 1 scene as you would for letting 10 tops take turns on you? And if so, what sort of numbers are we talking about?

If I may suggest an alternative solution....

I was careless and rushed when cleaning up my system recently, and deleted the entire partition on one of my drives. Panic ensued as I obviously thought that was it since deleting a partition is usually more permanent than simply deleting the files. FEAR NOT! I looked around and found a little program called "Disk Drill" from Cleverfiles. Ran it and managed to recover virtually everything form the deleted partition.

Forget the free version as you can't really do anything with it, but I managed to find the full version on another torrent site and it worked like a charm. Have a hunt around and see if you can find a copy.

I'm curious now. Could you possibly pop down to your local police station and see what their breathalyzer machine says?

@MrMazda I suppose that makes some sense. Tops are under pressure to "perform" whereas bottoms are always ready.

I started on Azureus, and have stuck with it throught the years as it changed to Vuze and finally to BiglyBT, the latest incarnation. Does what it says on the tin, but has a lot more options than many of the other clients I've tried. Like @ianfontinell I love having the ability to set categories and tags for my downloads, and automate a lot of them based on where they came from.

I always expected there to be a sizeable difference in pay with mainstream studios when compared to something like Raunchy Bastards, who seem to use newbie models and usually have them only do 1 scene. You wouldn't expect top-notch pay for that, but working regularly for an established studio with exclusive models, high production standards and a huge fanbase you'd obviously expect a bit more.

I hadn't heard about the Armond Rizzo thing before, but it's good to see that there are people in the industry who are willing to take a stand.

Are you ever going to accept that whatever law you think supports not just this but any argument is not universal? I think you can edit your posts if you're quick, but after a short period of time they become uneditable. (Is that a word?) In a way it's a good thing as it stops people going back and changing the context of a post after loads of replies respond to the initial version.

I think @john32123666 is probably right. Some of the new scenes from various studio include limited hard-coded subs, but they don't add much. In all honesty I suspect it would involve much less time and effort to just learn the language than it would to find subs for most of them.

What exactly are you hoping to achieve with all the posts on this topic? Do you expect the site owners to say "Oh, well Lollicopters said we're ok, so I guess we can ignore everything else." I've got a better idea. They should just respond to all DMCA takedown notices by providing your contact details and let you deal with it. @ikpooo Yes, as long as you've already connected to the swarm you should be able to download. I had a svandylove collection come up as unregistered about 10 minutes after I started it, but there were about 20 people already in the swarm and I managed to download to 100%
