It doesn't play for me in VLC, but works fine in Media Player Classic. Although the extension says .mp4, Media Info identifies it as iso5 …and no, I don't know what that means.

Mindblowing and fun for anyone not worshiping at the shrine of the marmalade Mousselini, the bloviating cat-grabbing infant acting like some Orange Julius Caesar, the Biggest Loser and least accomplished Russian-sponsored scam artist in history. And it's not even actually political, this amazing documentary.

I thought it was odd  to call this a movie.  It was more like a speaking engagement. I really liked the movie before this one "Where to Invade Next?"
