@eonflux The impact on the hydro (electric) bill isn't actually all that much. It's less than a $20 monthly difference. There's only ONE server, and that one's in the furnace room, but can only hold an OS drive, plus a single add on drive. The second one is also in the basement, but in a room I'm using as an office. It's actually setup as a workstation that I use for doing my business work. It just so happens that there's a bunch of spare hard drive bays in that machine, so there's currently TWO add ons (both of which are huge), plus the OS drive. The third one is in my bedroom, and it too is used as a workstation of a sort. It is connected to the TV in my bedroom so that I can do things I can't do with a fire stick alone. That one though is mostly used using Remote Desktop, but is there so that in cases where my laptop is not in my bedroom and actively connected to everything, I still have a way of streaming porn on the TV haha. Also, the tower that's in my bedroom is also only capable of handling an OS drive, plus ONE additional drive. I know I could use external drives, but my experience with external drives (especially when using them for torrent traffic) has been less than ideal, and I've found that using them as internal drives is way better for a few reasons.

@8xllrs2 Yes... You can report the torrent, you can write to the helpdesk with the URL of the torrent and explain the issue, or you can shoot me a message either by DM or through the forum. Any one of those 3 methods will work.

To me this sounds very much like a law working exactly as it was intended. Even though it doesn't protect against incitation, what is considered incitation is still havily subjective. @gelbanna Following on from what @ianfontinell said, to make it just a tiny little bit more complicated but explain more, at least one person in a torrent swarm (all the people linked to a particular torrent, whether leeching or seeding) needs to have port forwarding. So that's why you have seeded torrents that you have downloaded to some extent, and why you've been able to upload new torrents of your own. You may have noticed with a new torrent you've uploaded, that sometimes there's inititally no movement, even though two or three people are trying to leech. Then 'inexplicably', another leecher joins and suddenly it's full speed ahead. That's most likely because that one new leecher has port forwarding. It's perfectly possible to leech, seed and add new torrents from behind a VPN without port forwarding. I've done so here for ages, and maintained a 1:2ish ratio. It does take a little managing - e.g. grabbing freeleech torrents, especially when they're newly freeleeched, and trying to grab normal torrents when they're new, so you get to be a seeder early on, but it's easily doable. However, port forwarding makes things soooo much easier. Since I got it a few months ago, I'm uploading at pretty near my full capacity most of the time. I can also grab a lot of the "orphaned" torrents that say they have one or two seeders, but that just wouldn't work before.

@krisu50 Just to be sure that there's no other underlaying issue, you may want to open an elevated command prompt then run two simple commands, but they will take some time. To open an elevated command prompt, click the start menu, type "cmd" (without the quotes), then press LEFT CTRL + LEFT SHIFT + ENTER and when UAC prompts you, click "Yes". Once the elevated command prompt is open, run the following commands one right after the other: DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth sfc /scannow When both commands have run fully, reboot your PC. This should eliminate any other surprise issues that you may have. If you really want to go balls to the wall, before you reboot, also run a third command: chkdsk /R /F C : There is no space between the C and the : I just put one in because otherwise it gave me an emoji. Also, since it is your primary OS drive, it will ask you if you want to do this upon reboot. When it does, choose YES. This will ensure that every stitch of your system is checked out from top to bottom to make sure there's nothing else underlying in the system that may screw with things later. You can also run the last of those 3 commands on the other drive letters as well. Just be aware though that when running the command on other drives, it WILL make the system unmount the drive before doing the scan, and if the drive is particularly large, it WILL take some time. If you're experiencing any other side issues though, it absolutely will address them.

@ianfontinell that's a really fair assessment. I thought being in the microsoft store would make it safe enough... what I can tell is that it looks and works like the screenshots, I also checked my firewall and I don't see any network requests or any issues so far but I guess we'll see lol

the option "keep me signed in for" refers to the amount of time that this session must be kept active after you stop visiting the site from that browser. Each visit resets that timer. I also use Firefox, and so far I had only one situation where I was unexplicably kicked out and had to login again, and after that it never occurred again.

If all else fails, try using a different browser for a few days to see if the problem goes away. If it does, then you can narrow it down to something about that browser specifically.

@dicluv I've had problems with utorrent recently on Android too, it never started downloading, I believe it is having issues with the file system, probably a permission issue, anyway I gave up on it and switched to Flud (way better)... and qBittorrent on Linux...
