It's not uncommon for the latest version of an app to cause problems when installed on older devices. Did you manage to fix it? I have the same problem, other sites work just fine but this one just won't. It was working fine yesterday.

If the file is not 100 % completed from download or corrupted due to missing codec filter or not valid ... right click on properties to open with or change by default if it's a valid format ... https://codecguide.com/download_kl.htm
