hi, i'm not an expert but, why the site offers me the chance to make a dead torrent freeleech? if i use my seed points to make it freeleech i can download it or i have to wait that someone reseed it?

Chances of freeleeching dead torrent, if it has been snatched many times ...
and has enough [Re-Seed Request] PM sent and not more than over a year or so ...Freeleeching a dead torrent is pointless if a seeder never shows up
or the file is/are missing ...
