I would say in private as far as I'm concerned. I was fifteen when I made my coming out as gay masculine. And it turned out fine. It happened during a family supper. No stares, nothing. It was all natural.

@MrMazda: If by changed you mean my government funding for my meds, no… The bill is still hefty, but it gets billed straight to the government, so I never actually see the bill.
