Hypocrisy is right but at the same time its an understatement. I would leave it to hypocrisy if it was just some random dude spewing hate on the internet. But a politician with power to affect public opinion, and therefore their votes and possibly resulting legislation?

@Waldo1215: Love how the article claims the System "failed" Lea yet Lea is the one who failed to obey the system in the first place. As Jim Carrey would say: "STOP BREAKING THE LAW ASSHOLE!" Exactly. In a lot of these cases (if not ALL of them) these people were drug dealers who were shot in deals-gone-wrong or similar circumstances.

Not all religious people are evil. My dad's side of the family is deeply religious, and they don't hate anyone.  The same with my husband's mom. My uncle is a youth minister, and he preaches that Jesus accepts everyone. My husband's mom left her old church because the new vicar preached bigotry.

This is exactly what people are starting to do these days in Madrid: people get together at home to drink so that people don't spend money outside. Or people drink on the street (like drinking in a park) and then go to the clubs. @raphjd: People tend to get drunk at home, then go to the clubs, skipping the pubs and bars.

Sadly, even in our country HIV is synonymous to AIDS. And this is mostly true that in my country those who contacted HIV sooner of later became a full blown AIDS, due to lack of knowledge on this matter and the medication provided.

Absolutely The official stance was that masks be worn at all official events, but no social distancing is required. It has been 200+ days since the last case of local transmission. Taking decisive action early on was what saved the island from another epidemic from occurring there.
