Let's talk about "white supremacy" in the UK. For 50 years, politicians, police, social workers and the media conspired to keep the victims silent about the muslim rape gangs. We even had a female muslm MP Naz Shah say;  “Those abused girls in Rotherham and elsewhere just need to shut their mouths. For the good of diversity.” Another MP (Robin Cook, I believe) was kicked out of the Cabinet for quoting one of the muslim rapists, saying that white girls are trash to use and throw away. Then-Prime Minister Gordon Brown sent a memo to all the UK police departments telling them to keep the rape gangs secret for diversity, in about 2009. The UK government did an extremely long and expensive review of the muslim rape gangs, but have kept it secret because they claim it's not in the public interest.

LOL, do you honestly believe the Dems are conservative and the Repbs are extreme far right?!  FFS, you are insane. In Europe, most countries are leftists.  Scotland is tring to ban free speech, for example.  It's illegal to talk about Mohamed fucing his wife when she turned 9 (married her when she was 6) according to EU law, despite claiming free speech is a human right in it's charter. In the recent Senate hearing, not a single Dem was willing to condemn the volent "protesters".  Nadler said Antifa is a myth. Let's not forget Mad Maxine and her speeches demanding people harass and "push backk on" people anywhere and everywhere for working for Trump or supporting Trump. Shifty Schiff still hasn't produced the "absolute proof" of Trump's Ruussian collusion. It's show the mentality of the left that they keep talking about Trump and his death squads.

@andergarcia: More visibility is needed. Maybe, but the right kind of visibility. It does more harm to have a useless clown being our visibility than someone of substance. It's like saying we needed to vote for Hillary solely because she had a vagina, and ignore all the problems and baggage.

Of course, but why is it so "difficult" (or they are so afraid of) for them to come out? There are other jobs where coming out seems to be easier than in sports, and especially in football. @raphjd: Of course, there are gay players in every sport.

I completely agree with all the comment that point out that it does not necessarily have to do with religion or political views, especially broad terms like left and right. At the end of the day there is no detailed fixed definition for any of those terms that people use to identify themselves as. Additionally I want to add that even member of the LGBTQ community have very different perspectives when they say they want to support it. For instance some gay, bi etc people are very much against pride parades for instance (at least in my country), for various reasons, most of which "scream" that they simply seek acceptance through supporting a more um "serious" demeanor, as if to be accepted you have to be solemn and not stand out in any way that other people might find "flamboyant" or not serious enough. I remember my first time witnessing a pride by complete accident, I felt so relieved. I was about 21-22 deep in the closet, seriously believing that gay people can simply just sit home and watch porn and nothing else (yes I was dumb). Being flamboyant or being a drag queen dancing at the front row of the parade does not mean in any way that you are doing a disservice to the "movement". In fact, I would wager that promoting a more heteronormative image as the more serious one is pretty much internalised homophobia, because it leads to judging people who are just like you simply based on how they express themselves.

Now that he finally accepted his truth, may he work on reparations of his past offenses. May he be a better person.

Several trans people have made videos about this on youTube. One thing they all seem to say this person seems to be angry that people view her as a gay man and not a woman.

nah, boycott! there are plenty of other companies that have a clean track record. lol when it comes to lgbtq+ issues. remember they did something about it AFTER there was negative press.  Meaning if no press then they wouldn't have changed.
