 They could have taken the wallets and cell phones with out the beat down and name calling. This was a hate motivated crime period. The fact that property was stolen is a secondary issue. This crime scene was chosen by the criminals because it was a Gay Neighborhood and they assumed easy targets were plentiful. no one was shocked when he came out. people (kind of) already know this during the barbara walters interview a couple of years back. when asked, "are you gay?", he replied something about someone's sexual preferrence someone's personal something and that it should not be discussed in public. (or something to that effect)… saw it in youtube. he didn't say "yes" and he didn't say "no". that second pic is hot btw. i don't know if he's scratching his balls (performance = sweat = occasional itchiness down there... hehehe) or he's rearranging his hanging dick but this gets me hot! i'd totally do him... It's being said that the murder suspect faked his attack to appear to be a victim too. The more I see of this this story, the more I am convinced it's another gay and ashamed person killing his sex partner to get rid of the evidence of his gayness.

For those who forgot, the Obama administration has done 2 defences of DoMA so far {getting ready to start a 3rd} and they said that gay relationships were not better than incest, pedophilia and bestiality. That is how they justified DoMA and discriminating against gays. The new defence of DoMA supposedly won't use that language, but will try to say that the the equal protection clause of the constitution does not apply to gays. Yeah, this is the guy that says he is the best friend we {GLBTs} ever had in the White House.  With friends like that,…........... well, you know the rest.
