@haverdoo: probs cause of more sex lol That's only a small part of it. The overall reason is the gender similarities between men or women.  We see an example in communication style.

Gay kisses are still sorta taboo.  The previous lesbian kisses haven't gotten anywhere near as hate because society accepts it. Let's also not forget that most responses to the TV station and Navy FB page have been positive.

We do pride street fair and a pride march . we do alot and have quite a few small events throughout the year.

The issue is their culture to b ehonest. Working or not has nothing to do with the sexuallity.
