First, I'm not familiar with him or his channel. In regards to your question, I don't think so. If he gives the guys alcohol or a date-rape drug without their knowledge and forces them to have sex then yes it's rape. If the guys CHOOSE to get drunk and CHOOSE to have sex with him, that's their responsibility. It's a very dangerous game though. You never know how the "straight" guy will react when he finds out (or realizes) he just had sex with a man.

I have to say it is a a nature thing. I really do not believe that people can make choices in these areas. Like, I do not like ocras and I can never choose to like them. I have tried eating them but I always stopped because I hated their taste and feel. And there was no way I could choose to like them. Plus, as I saw it from me and friends of mine, we always liked boys, we didn't wake one day and decided to choose to like them. And overall we choose what we like. The presumption of innocence certainly does not mean that the accused can't be held in jail until the day of their trial, nor that they won't suffer any damage to their reputation. Very true. There are lots of innocent people destroyed because they have to pay for their legal council.  Then of course there's the whole "there's no smoke without fire" public perception of crime suspects.
