    @justatest90-0 PrEP is very expensive in Taiwan if you are not a high risk person (like say medical workers). I heard that you have to buy it in Thailand if you want it cheaper, like vastly cheaper. Otherwise a course of prep is something like close to 1000 dollars. But once you become positive, the government pays the costs, and first 2 years is paid for by the Taiwan's version of CDC, after that it's paid for by the national healthcare.

    @revenger: does anyone knows if it makes me lose muscles or dificults bodybuilding? Pesta et al. found that although there was no significant decrease in things like grip strength, overall physical work capacity during bodybuilding decreased by 25% in those who used. This may be accounted for by what Renaud and Cormier found, which is that tested subjects who smoked marijuana 10 min before noted a slight but significant decrease in time to exhaustion. Steadward and Singh demonstrated that marijuana did not affect blood pressure, ventilation or oxygen uptake during submaximal exercises such as bodybuilding, however it did increase heart rate both during and after lifting.

    @Gambit1313: I have a bad back, neck and shoulders situation going on as well, so much so that I did a bout of physical therapy for it. I mainly do stretches on a stability ball (such as making "T, I, W and Y" shapes with my arms) and push ups. I also try to stretch out my arms while standing them out by creating a "T" and pulling backwards as if I'm trying to pull my shoulder blades together. Lastly, a foam roller helps bring me relief and if you're able to afford $20 or so you can order a long, dense one off of Amazon. Please let me know if you have any good tips as well because I would like to increase my ability to survive sitting for longer periods of time, haha. Wow thanks for the fast reply. I feel for you man the pains sometimes unbearable. That foam roller looks/sounds interesting I'll try that. To be honest, my tips aren't that good. All I did is to exercise (Train my back and shoulders) and put a pillow between my knees when I sleep since I have a bad posture while sleeping. And of course try not to slouch while sitting.

    There isn't really anyway to target where you lose your weight, so to lose a belly you would have to just lose weight in general. Jogging definitely seems to be the most effective method to lose weight, but is also the most difficult for some. Taking a walk in the morning on an empty stomach is also an effective way to lost fat. Just make sure it's low intensity, otherwise you're gonna lose muscle along with the fat.

    I hooked up with a guy in the gym once. He was an instructor there and had the keys and the alarm codes. We sneaked in at 1 am, avoided the front door cameras by sneaking in through the side door (there was a camera in the hall but it wasn't facing the door) and had the whole gym to ourselves. Best way to describe it was that it felt like a porno.
