Technically, kissing and the exchange of saliva is not the greatest method to transmit bacteria. Spit contains enzymes, and break down the cell wall of certain bacteria. Shaking hands is considered more 'unhealthy' as it transmits a larger amount of bacteria than kissing does, but those bacteria remain on the skin and are not ingested or allowed in the blood stream.
Pee, while a waste product, is sterile. Unless you have kidney disease no bacteria and large molecules are present in urine.
Licking feet, well.. Not so healthy. Warts from the feet can be transmitted to the mouth, which is nasty. Of course, there are a lot of bacteria present on the feet, most of which are resident bacteria and are not harmful, unless you are immunocompromised or suffer from dysfunctional flora in the intestine.

Totally agree what FlammeRouge said

Licking feet is the most I can't stand for… whatever its reasons...

If we're assuming here that the dudes are healthy, so what is the question?  ::)

I mean, that kinda actions are same as sex… exchange of human body fluids... So, unless we're allergic for other human fluid, that's become problem...  😉

the question is whether those practices are risky or not.

I remember learning in grade 11 biology class that urine is sterile, but I just did a Google search now and it turns out that is probably false.

I am going to stick with my belief in piss being sterile and not google that…
