RAPE?

It occurs to me that any sexual activity that results in an unwanted / unplanned pregnancy could be called a RAPE.
If a woman has a penis inserted into her with the understood PREMISE that she is not going to get pregnant - and then she DOES get pregnant, then isn't that a RAPE?
Of course, one can be raped and not get pregnant, but if someone does get pregnant when that was not the intent, then it seems to me that it could be called a rape.My advice is.. men should never have sex with a woman unless their intent is to get the woman pregnant.
