Thanks a ton! Now I know how it all works, lol. Just gotta wait for the file I downloaded to upload. Even though people are downloading, my ratio still keeps insisting I have 7GB left lol

@sername1985-0 No... This is definitely NOT why you are having an issue. This error you are seeing is a SCRAPE error, which generally only comes up when you are not actively trying to seed the torrent. This error is because our tracker does not support scrape. You could have a queuing issue in your torrent client, limiting the number of torrents that are actively seeding. It may be worth giving your settings a glance and see if you can find where this setting is located.

You don't need to upload it in any compressed format, if that's the only issue you're facing. You can extract everything and upload the folder instead of uploading a single file. You can easily do that regardless of if you're using QuickTorrentMaker or creating your torrent manually from within your client. It's safer that way and people get to know that's actually inside the game folder. If you think there's any additional steps to manage to play the game you can just add that to your torrent description.

@kco that's another misconception, we're lead to think every time we finish downloading a torrent and start seeding it it'll show up in the seeding list on the site. That's true for cases where you have selected all the files without skipping evem and a single one. When you select all files from a torrent and don't keep seeding them, they'll show you on "completed torrents" list. But in any scenario where you only select a few files from a given torrent, as long as they are active (downloading or seeding) they will always show up on the "leeching torrents" list. If your client says they are seeding and the status says working, you can rest assured they are seeding. Also bear in mind that there is a limit for maximum active concurrent downloads, torrents that you haven't downloaded fully will forever occupy a slot as long as they are active. So this eventually might end up in you adding a torrent to download and it refusing to start, the tracker will report a ratio issue but it's actually a lack of available download slots.

TROUBLESHOOTING: disable your VPN [it is possible that you are using faulty client w/c preventing you from connectivity] ... see if your antivirus is blocking the site ... port forward : https://portforward.com/ firewall setting should be [allowed] ... reset your router/modem ... Why is uTorrent not connecting to peers? uTorrent often fails to download files and gets stuck on connecting to peers due to interference from your antivirus, your ISP blocking torrent downloads, incorrect uTorrent client settings, or the torrent file itself is dead. Why won't my Utorrent connect to peers? Check Your Firewall and Enable Port Mapping A problem with uTorrent not connecting to peers can often be due to your system or network firewall. For BitTorrent clients like uTorrent to work correctly, they require open network ports to allow incoming and outgoing traffic. do a web search ... write to helpdesk and be patient ... https://www.gaytor.rent/helpdesk.php

@john32123666 Yup, as with seeding any torrent, the files need to be in the right location. Also, files do need to be stored locally in each location as otherwise you effectively double the bandwidth required to seed those files.

The forum software isn't allowing me to edit my post, and I'd like to change it a bit, so let's try this again: . The way to not have a torrent taken down is to not upload something that gets the copyright trolls triggered. Unfortunately, this is much easier said than done. (This topic has been discussed a lot...see https://community.gaytor.rent/topic/60173/vanishing-torrents/195 if you want to practice your speed reading.) One idea would be to see what torrents haven't been deleted, and thus have stayed on the system for weeks if not months. Try doing a search going back in time, such as https://www.gaytor.rent/search.php?orderby=added&sort=desc&inname=1&infn=1&search=&search=&page=100 . This will take you back about four weeks. (It's that "page=NNN" figure at the end that sends your search into the past; you can manually change that in the browser address bar to whatever you want.) Your search results will show content that hasn't been removed. Some of it is from major studios, but you'll also notice that some studios are conspicuously absent. I won't mention names, but one in the UK and another in Hungary come to mind. That stuff often gets deleted quickly. I hope this helps. Thanks for uploading what you have, even if it goes away--some people will get it, and they'll have a good time with it.

@cinemacapman abbreviation is not a disguise, you can write the name of the actors regularly. As I stated in my message there are automated techniques to deep search all the indexed internet pages like google search or even a private community like this one, the database used to do this process involves primarily pictures, keywords and strings such as the description you find in studio sites for a given scene. I don't know if you're genuinely asking how the things I said can minimize the odds of getting a DMCA or if you're just straight up saying it's bullshit, if that's the case just go and dm any mod and ask about it.
