When there's no seeder, torrent goes inactive. So you need to set searching option 'including dead' on the browse page. Or just go to your torrent page.  > https://www.gaytor.rent/mytorrents.php

Flat 0.5 points per hour you are seeding at least one torrent. The more torrents you've "seeding" the higher the chance to have real upload on one of them. That is better than any bonus points.

To answer your question: It depends on your all time highest average upload rate. Each 20 KBytes/s it is incremented by 1. Further explanations on that number: It is to be considered when you upload your own new torrent only. It is no longer a rule, it is rather a recommendation. The limit to only one new at a time has been relieved as well. Here the new rule: "5. Upload only ONE NEW TORRENT AT A TIME in order to initially seed your upload as fast as possible. If multiple torrents are uploaded, they MUST be completed within 24 hours." This means if you ensure all new torrents to be completely uploaded in 24 hours, you can upload multiple at the same time. A single new torrent can take longer. This is to allow uploader with smaller upload rates to upload (bigger torrents), too. When no own new torrent is uploaded, there is no limit in the number of uploading torrents. The number of downloading torrents depends at any time on your upload, share ratio and user status as indicated in the "Downloading Rules". Low ratio warned users are limited to one download at a time. Users with download rights suspended can still download a Freeleech torrent.

You jumped on the windows 8 wagon a bit too soon, they are yet revamping the whole OS to clean errors glitchs and overall compatibility, so if you can surf to the compatibility mode and chose windows 7 you might be lucky, probably windows 8 will be (cleaner and airier) in a year or so, personally I'll stay with 7 'till 9 release and see the reviews like a hawk.

We have promoted the torrent to the top of the list and it got many new leecher. Nevertheless, you should make that test, to see if you haven't configuration issures on your PC, making seeding more difficult than needed.

You should do good upload in about 30 minitues from now. If not, check your µTorrent's connectivity: µTorrent > Options > Setup Guide … > select the "Network" box and run the test. The result should be green, not orange.

Trying someway casually I had already come to understand the possibility of forcing the manual tracking update which, in my personal experience, worked quickly only with at least two leechers. Nothing to be worried about I'd say though. A negligible, at least in my case, bandwidth waste

As not the initial uploader (the torrent poster), you can leave the swarm whenever you like. This said, you need as well keep your ratio above the minimum ratio requirements and that means usually to continue seeding once the download is finished. You can read about the minimum ratio requirements by clicking on "Ratio: …" below the blue menu band in the upper part of our pages. There are no stupid questions, just stupid answers  ;D

To add, the limitation of active torrents shown in the Profile is in force only when you initially seed an own new torrent. At any other time, there is no limitation in the number of seeding torrents imposed by the rules or system. Remark: It is easier to increase the number at early account times, because it is based on the highest all time average. Best by uploading own torrents. If we see high upload rates, we can give an exception to our "Only one new torrent" at a time rule. 1 for each 75 KBytes/s upload rate, usually we give only up-to 3 new. The number of simultaneously allowed downloading torrents is shown in the Downloading rules of our "Rules" page, accessible from the blue menu band.
