Since I can't use Port Forwarding (Free version of Proton VPN), what's happening in the torrent client while the VPN is active? Does the Leecher's device connect directly to mine?
Is that why my seeds don't get seeded often, and why it's so hard to download from a seeder at times?
Yep, it shows all that. Speedometer is on green and whatnot.
The connection status is perpetually orange if my VPN is on, but sometimes turns green when off. It only ever turns red if the wifi is out.
Like I mentioned, I feel like I gotta get lucky with the torrent for it to get leech traffic. (0% of the time there's absolutely no leech traffic at all.
There was a bit of traffic earlier today, but it's back to zero now.

What would you say is the best way to CONSISTENTLY get people to download your seeds? Like, even if I sort according to Freeleech most recent, Highest Rated, Most Leechers, and a lot more, A lot of my seeds still get no traffic and I've gotta increase my ratio before I'm outta time so my downloads don't get disabled. (I think Freeleech also gets reduced to only allowing 1 download per day?)

How do I make sure people ACTUALLY download whatever I'm seeding? I've downloaded dozens of Freeleech stuff, but the "Uploaded" stat on my client is still stuck at 0 on pretty much all of 'em.
"Peers" is the number of people that are trying to download the seed, right? What's the difference between the number in and out of the brackets for both Peers and Seeds?
But then how do I earn more Seeding Score quickly or as much as you did? It feels like no one is downloading what I've seeded even though I followed your previous advice of sorting the Freeleech list by "Freeleech most recent".
All of my seeds have an "uploaded" stat of 0, except two which only uploaded a little bit.

As for the ratio, I'm aaaaaaalmost there.
Since ratio = Uploaded/Download, is the only way to improve my ratio to Seed for someone, not Seeding Availability?

So to put it simply, you can get points from Seeding (people downloading what you seeded) AND being available for Seeding/Seeding Availability (when the status in the torrent client says "Seeding") so even though you can get points from Seeding Availability, Seeding gets you bonus points?
What about the ratio thingie? Does it increase the UL from Seeding, Seeding Availability, or both? Gotta get my ratio up since I downloaded a big one today.
Also, what's the "Super Seeding Mode" in Qbittorrent (I'm assuming other torrenting clients also have that) supposed to do?
So if I download a 4 GB torrent, the 4 GB would be added to my DL, not the torrent file thingie?
Speaking of seeding, do you need to have the files get downloaded by someone to get that added to your ratio, or do you just need to be seeding it and then it'll passively add to your ratio? That's my main concern- Whether I have to constantly be swapping to new Torrents to earn points once no one is downloading from the old Torrent.
As for the VPN, is this why downloads have been REALLY slow when using a VPN?
I think Proton VPN has Port Forwarding? It's locked to premium, of course.
So what does this mean in summary? that Port Forwarding is really good and shouldn't be underestimated?
Another question: How do I properly seed? My UL and DL ratio isn't going up even though I'm seeding multiple files. Is it because no one is downloading them?
If that's the case, what's the best way to ensure that what I'm seeding gets downloaded? I'm currently downloading and seeding from the freeleech tab.
Another thing, does the UL/DL Ratio only count when downloading the torrent file, not the actual media?
(I'm not sure if this is the case since I didn't quite see anything in the FAQ. Either that or I misinterpreted it.)
One more thing for now, what does the Network Interface thingie do? If I set it to ProtonVPN (For example), does it make it only torrent stuff while ProtonVPN is active whereas "Any Interface" keeps it going even if the VPN goes down?

Yeah, it works fine without the VPN active and it only doesn't quite work if I have a VPN Active. Windscribe just flat out doesn't work, and Proton is very slow. But that being said, I am using the FREE version of Proton so I'd assume the servers are kinda congested.
Should I buy the subscription for Proton, or do you have any VPN recommendations? The only other option is trying to be careful while going without a VPN, but I rather not do that.
...It's stopped again. And I still have not one clue to why. The tracker status has become "Not Working" again.
Proton lets me torrent, surprisingly. Dunno how or why, but I should probably try to get the premium version. Maybe? Connection is a little slow, but it IS the free version, after all.
As for Torrents downloading, I did it several times and they all had the same thing where the download started whenever I switched it off (Windscribe).
By the way, am I supposed to set "Network Interface" as Any Interface or set it to the VPN I'm currently using? I saw a guide that says to set it to Any Interface.
Strangely, it seems to go down whenever I switch on my VPN, for some reason. As I mentioned before I'm using Windscribe and I'm pretty sure that is one of the few that allows torrenting with it active. Hmm...
