Dreadful News :(
-
I finally talked to the detectives investigating this incident with Tim and Ray that resulted in Tim's death.
A) It is an active on going investigation. They are seeking Ray to question him about the incident still. No one has seen Ray since 11/01/2010, the night of the incident.
B) There have been no charges made at this point by any Law Enforcement Agency. This does not mean that charges will not be issued.
It surprised the detectives that I called but they promised to keep me updated on the case. I will report when I have some new to add to this tale.
I continue to miss Tim badly but each day I make it is another day to think about Domestic Violence in our community.
LOVE NEVER INCLUDES VIOLENCE OF ANY SORT. Report all domestic violence whether you are in volved or a bystander.

With a heavy heart I post this.
I've been gone for quiet a while, but I always check in once in a while. This was one of those things you don't expect.
May you rest in peace Tim.
My most sincere condolences to family and friends.
Que descances en paz eterna amigo…

I did not know you, but I feel the loss of never having known you :_(

Rest in peace TIMÂ :cry2:

Tim…I did not know you, which I consider my loss; but from the posts I have seen here you sounded like an amazing person who has left a void in the hearts of many. I am a man of faith, so I'd like to offer this prayer from the tradition of us Catholics; I offer it for you and your family:
Saints of God, come to his aid; Come to meet him, angels of the Lord; receive his soul and present him to the Almighty.
Eternal rest grant unto him and let perpetual light shine upon him. May his soul and all the souls of the departed, rest in eternal peace.I apologize to any who may be offended by shows of religion.

he was nice when i first came on site… we chatted for a bit on our mutual bear interests hehehe.
I choose to remember him that way, since it was the only way i knew himsounds like a guy i would have loved to meet if given half the chance. :cry2:

Hi guys, I was wondering if there was any new news on what happen to Tim. The last thing I new was that they where still looking for Ray for questioning. :cry2:
-
Nochange in that last bit of news. I will call the detectives after the first of the year they will need some time between calls. Detective Nichols asked me to cal every 45 -60 days. No quite that long yet. He has my number if there is a major development in the mean time. :cry2:

Thanks for your kind message, p90
You see, days and weeks pass by and Tim can't be forgotten.
I'm sure others feel the same way, each time I login here I have a thought for him.He liked to help with all his heart, and he shared with you his happiness, making you feel happy.
How do you want to forget a guy that was so kind, moving and generous ? -
He was simply the best friend a person could hope to have.
I will try to get in touch with the detectives this week for an update on this situation.
-
I have left messages for the detective handling Tim's death for 3 weeks now with no reply from him. I will continue to call until I get an answer from them.
Sorry for the lack of new information. :cry2:
-
hopefully the case can close with a satisfactory conclusion, they would be doing tim justice by unearthing the truth.
:cry2:
I still think of Tim from time to time, trying to remember him without feeling that sense of loss.

Nice thought :hug2:

Reading about the circumstances of Tim's death prompts me to suggest that we all reflect on our relationships, Â look into our heads and hearts and be especially, lovingly kind to someone tonight.

I know it's been a while, but I found this about Tim, and thought I should share… it's been a year, and this is the most recent thing I could find, although LancasterOnline has a RSS feed that was last updated in June...

Apparently, they keep murder cases open for 100 years, according to

I can't help but be saddened, when I see some of his posts here, and think of the person behind them. He clearly had a kind and generous soul, and the gap that his passing created continues to be felt, even as time goes on. The only consolation I can think of is that he must have been needed more someplace else.

Thank you for this update. I guess I dropped the ball on following this up as I said I would. The local police just quit talking to me and never returned my calls.
Tim was an incredible person to know and have as a friend. I miss him much and always will. :cry2:

Michael…. Did I not call it from the get go?
This only confirms that what I saw in the short while after this all went down was correct. I know EXACTLY what happened, down to and including what was used too.... This is where having a 6th sense is sometimes a curse.
As for the "whodunnit" part.... Again this is something that Tim has shown me before I helped him cross over to where he wanted to be. One thing that I will say is there's a reason why his "so called" lover disappeared real fast after the events took place. There's much more to the story than meets the eye unfortunately, and unless they involve someone like Sylvia Brown, I sadly don't think that the whole story will ever be fully known to the authorities. In this case, I'm quite certain that alcohol was most definitely NOT a factor on Tim's account. To this day I can still see that light coloured staircase, leading to the concrete floor below, not far from a computer desk where the "main event" took place.
What Tim showed me most definitely made it clear to me in no uncertain terms that this was neither an accident, nor was it self-defence.

:cry2: Tomorrow is the 2nd anniversary of Tim's passing :cry2:
I thought I would Bump this topic for that reason alone but there is also a new post from farkme who remembered Tim with fondness : https://community.gaytor.rent/index.php?topic=18335
This was a tragic and shocking experience for me and many others as well at the time. To know Tim was a gift of special value that will never be forgotten.
