I can't figure out why I can't keep my ratio up on this site. On another site I use I have a 9.xx ratio. I'm not doing anything different.

Well, I never received the 600 points for my first upload.
I only reached 300 points and I already changed it for upload credit… So.

Have you looked at your torrent page? Many are older torrents, many seeders and few or zero leechers.

Your profile page will tell you how much you need to upload (or how much buffer you have) to meet your minimum required ratio. I took a quick look at your profile and its telling me that your amount is "2.66 GB" and you have 45 days to do so. That should be fairly easy if in doubt just rip a DVD and upload that which will give you between 3 and 9GB of upload data.

just download some Freeleech torrents (make sure they still have plenty on time left so you are able to download them fully before it expires), there was a time i couldn't keep up with my 0.35 ratio requirement, now my ratio is 4.127. Of Course you are in the Terabytes of download/Uploads so i think the Cure would be to Upload own new files
maybe a PG movie :hug: but to just get over your ratio needs a freeleech should be enough -

None of the torrents in your profile have any leechers, except for the ones that you are the only leecher on. In order to get upload credit for your uploads, there must be people actively downloading them.

It seems your torrent client is not connectible, because though you are the only seed for 2 torrents with real downloading peers, your upload rate is zero.
Other possibilities are low client internal priority for those, making others to be seed actively instead (on other trackers).

Freeleeches help. Downloading popular torrents that have a lot of traffic just for the sole purpose of seeding them. If you haven't been voting on your torrent categories (torrents not yet voted), you can get points for that. I didn't realize you could and I went through and looked and I had 300 seed points just waiting for me just from that, which of course, you can use to help your ratio.
mostly though, just keep your torrents active. I have torrents I downloaded months ago, but they're still active. Even if they only seed a little bit every day, every little bit adds up.
you can upload and seed and yeah that helps, but its unnecessary. I've only uploaded one torrent and yy ratio is 1.4 and that's almost entirely from just downloading and seeding.

If you really want to bump up your ratio then consider renting a seedbox for a month. I've done it a couple of times in the past when I've really needed a boost. Donating to the site will get you 12Gb upload credit for 20 euros. I spent that much on a fast seedbox for 1 month and managed to upload roughly 3Tb. Definitely worth looking into if you're struggling.

That was a few hours ago; during which time I've downloaded a few freeleech items, and made a couple of my uploads freeleech.
Now it's 6.456

That was then.
This is now…
6.914…still uploading and seeding.So, here I am…now at 7.373--and I'm thinking...

While that is an incredible ratio- I'd like to point out that it's more possible if you're new on the site, just do one initial small download, say 200mb and then focus on uploading a decent amount- say 11GB. Which is how that ratio was done- at least based on the data shown. ;D
Then after the initial rush, you can proceed to wreck your ratio and do some actual downloading for a change.

Well, the inverted situation is what happened to me. If you check, I sign up to this community in 2014 bc this was the only website that have a Mike18 collection (my obsession at that time). So I downloaded like 11 GB (not the complete torrent) and then my first external hard drive didn't work anymore and I lost everything (movies, porn, music, photos), bc I don't have much space in my laptop and I usually change the OS every few months to try new things. When I finally came back this year I had a big debt and I needed to upload some new torrents of some GB's just to fix the ratio. And now I use seedpoints to change them for GB's of upload whenever I can. It's such a shame I didn't were more intelligent the first time, I could had a big ratio… :blownose:

My ratio is 1.278 and I've never donated and haven't uploaded more than 400 mb. You just have to seed what you download until you've shared the file size (or larger). You don't even have to do freeleech torrents - just leave your client open after the download finishes. I leave UTorrent running on my desktop 24/7 and it's worked for me.
