I suspect an apology may come from Kinzinger's office soon - like most other politicians, his twitter account is "administered" by staff, and not himself personally. (Same was true of Trump - and I defended him when Dems tried to make hay out of his tweets, although you could tell that Trump himself did write some of his own tweets - mostly the ones with speeling, grammur, and referee errors LOL) Does that mean Kinsinger gets "off the hook"?
