New York Supreme Court Strikes Down Dem-Passed Law Allowing Non-Citizens to Vote

It was thrown out on the grounds that it violates the state constitution.
The law allowed ANYONE living in NYC for 30 days to vote in local elections, despite the state constitution stating voters must be US citizens.

@raphjd well of course they'd try to pass that law. I'm actually amazed at the rational decision by the NY supreme court in that matter
